Georgia couldn’t take the display anymore and she looked away from the duo

“I need to go to the restroom”
She whispered to Damien beside her

Damien understood she wanted to leave that spot in the excuse of going to the restroom didn’t stop her

“Alright but be careful”
He whispered back

Dylan’s eyes narrowed and darkened the more when he noticed their little exchange of words

They look so intimate!.

Georgia finally left while Damien shuddered slightly with the look he was receiving from the iceberg

Shortly afterwards, Dylan detached from Vanessa and walked out

Vanessa glared at Georgia’s back till it disappeared into a corner down the hallway

“You know, I always thought you to be a gentle and kind lady but I see now it was all an act you put up to deceive people”

Damien said in an irritating tone

“What do you mean? Mr….. Wilfred”
Vanessa frowned

“it wouldn’t last, whatever you think Dylan is doing with you, you must be a fool to not notice how he looks at Georgia”

With that said, Damien walked away from her, leaving Vanessa to clench her fist tightly in anger.

RESTROOM

Georgia stared at herself in the mirror

She braced herself to stay calm, to not cry, to not breakdown, to stay strong but she found herself crying even without knowing it

Ahhhh…it hurts….it hurts badly…

She clutched her heart and gave it two hits
It was as if she was being suffocated inside of her.

Scene from earlier came rushing in her memory
Vanessa was acting coquettishly with him but he didn’t seem to mind at all.

Georgia stayed there for a complete ten minutes before dabbing her eyes with her handkerchief and walked out of the restroom

“I was about coming in, thought something happened”

The voice gave Georgia a shock, turning back, she saw Dylan resting his frame on the walls with hands shoved in his pockets.

What is he doing here?
D-did he follow her here?

Panicking, she turned to her front and continued walking out, totally ignoring him but she should have known, Dylan had other plans..

She yelped when her arms were grabbed and the next thing, Dylan held her in his arms as he hugged her tightly.

Dylan felt his heart had found peace as he held her in his arms
His heart was beating so fast and loudly that he feared it was audible even to her

God! How he had missed her, he had dreamt about her all day and night ever since he woke up from coma and for a moment, he felt like throwing his plans away and make her his once again but the thought of how endangered her life would be if he did that made him frustrated.

Now, seeing her again tonight made him loose all his rationality
Her scent like vanilla and strawberry drove him to the edge and he wanted nothing more than to bury himself in the crook of her neck and inhale her

Georgia was more than electrocuted, her entire body screamed solace in his arms and she didn’t want him to let go but when she recalled what he said earlier in the hospital, her heart sank and she broke free from his arms immediately

Taken unawares, Dylan tried hugging her again but she distanced herself from him.

“Little cat I”

“Don’t call me that again! who gave you the right to touch me just now?!! Wow Dylan …. I’ve never seen a man as shameless as you are!! You- You are do despicable”

Georgia yelled in anger, sadness, frustration, love, hate, different emotions swelling up in her made tears pour out the more, coupled with the pregnancy hormones, she got more emotional
