Chapter 132
“That’s why I missed you so much… your words that always keep a smile on my face. You’re worth waiting for, Martin,” she said, and he chuckled.
“I brought something for you,” he winked at her, and Evelyn laughed softly, staring into his eyes. She leaned forward and pecked him softly on the lips.
“Welcome back, darling,” she said, and they both smiled at each other.
“Welcome back, boss,” the maids and guards greeted as he walked past them, and he waved at them with a smile on his face, which shocked them.
“Did the boss just smile?”
“Of course he did.
It is quite evident that Mrs. Evelyn is the one bringing happiness to his face,”
“I miss seeing his face. He is still adorable,”
“He will be so surprised when he finds out that she cooked for him,” The maids gossiped amongst themselves as they walked past them.
“Martin, I prepared lunch for you,” Evelyn said, and Martin gasped.
“Why would you do that?”
“I wanted to surprise you, so I cooked it myself,” she said, and Martin chuckled.
“Aww, babe, thanks, but you seriously shouldn’t have stressed yourself,” Martin said, and Evelyn laughed.
“Come on, don’t overreact. It’s just cooking,” Evelyn said, and Martin shrugged his shoulders.
As soon as they reached the room, he pvshed her against the wall and kssed her passionately.
The kss was so intense that Evelyn struggled to keep up with his pace.
He gasped as he wrapped her Iegs around his waist and carried her to the be.d.
“Martin,” she called softly as he struggled to re.move her sh!rt.
“When I saw you at the airport, I was trying so hard not to r!p that cloth off your body…. don’t you think your fiance deserves a welcoming gift,” he smirked as he took off her sh!rt, exposing her b.are bbs since she wasn’t wearing a b.ra.
“I missed you so much, Eve,” he whispered and kssed her neck gently, leaving a b!te mark.
“But aren’t you going to eat first? I prepared lunch for you,” Evelyn pouted her lips, and Martin scoffed.
“It can wait, babe. Besides, they are all breakfast items. I will eat you first, and then I’ll have lunch,” he said, and Evelyn chuckled.

The couple was peacefully sleeping on the bed when Evelyn’s phone rang.
Martin looked at it and smiled when he saw that it was her mom calling.
She was probably going to ask when Evelyn was returning home. He checked the time, and it was 6:40.
He glanced at Evelyn, who was sleeping peacefully on the bed, her naked body visible, and Martin didn’t want to disturb her. So he picked up the call.
“Hello, Mom,” he said as he answered, and she gasped.
“Oh, my dear Martin. How are you?” she asked.
“Oh, Mom, I am fine… I’m sorry I was-”
“It’s okay, dear. Evelyn told me you went on a business trip,” she said, and Martin sighed in relief.
“Where is Evelyn now?”
“Hmmm, Mom, please. She’ll be staying at my place tonight,” Martin said politely, and his mom laughed.
“Okay, dear. Bye.”
“Bye,” Martin said, and the call ended.
He smirked and turned to look at Evelyn, who was still sleeping soundly.
