“She’s still alive.” Drake said. “I can feel her pulse.”
“I want Rodger to handle her not corps.”

“Just do as I say! He snapped. They heard the siren coming.
“Odette… Odette, baby…” He sniffed, tears refused to fall. The ambulance arrived and she was laid on the stretcher before taking into the bus. She was been treated in the bus as the driver drove to the hospital while Drake deal with Kennedy waiting for Rodger and his men.
The car came to halt and Odette was drove into the emergency room. Fans who heard about the incident were already waiting at the hospital, paparazzi didn’t give Kyle the chance to follow ’em in.
He was stuck in between.

Everyone was holding cardboard with different content, some of their fan were crying. Mitchell arrived at the scene.
“Hey what’s happening? She asked a lady.
“One of Queens band member was shot, what’s her name? She tried to remember her. ” her fans called her Rapunzel because of her long hair.”
“Oh my goodness! Odette.” Mitchell covered her mouth. She ran out of the scene and looked for a isolated place, she whispered some strange word and transformed into bird and flew away.

“Kyle sat down on a chair waiting for the doctor to step out of the emergency room. He buried his head in between his legs while Tim and harry hugged him close.
“What happened to Odette? Darlene and Luna chorused. “Where is she?
“Just calm down, she’ll be fine.” Raymond assured.
Davis and Kyle’s parent arrived as they sat patiently waiting for the outcome. Mrs Winston embraced kyle and comforted him.
“Mom, what’s gonna happen? Is she going to be okay? He cried on her shoulder.
“Don’t worry honey, she’s not going to leave us… She’s strong.” Mrs Winston patted her back. This is unlike Kyle, he never cried even when Anel lost her voice but right now he did. She must be someone he loves must. Anel sniffed and she turned her head abruptly.
“Anel you’re crying? She nodded.
“Mummy, they have to save her life. She deserves to live for Kyle.” Anel cried and hugged her mom too.

“It’s Odette.” She interrupted but I could feel fares in her voice.
“What about my child? I arched my brow. The door burst opened and Akeela rushed in.
“Hey, what’s happening? Why are y’all here?
“Odette was shot, right now I don’t know if she’s alive or not…
“What are saying? I smiled, what a humorous story. “Tell me you’re kidding, my child is okay right? I moved leisurely.
“What happened to my sister? Kendra asked immediately she stepped in.
“I don’t wanna believe it, tell me you’re joking. My baby is okay right? I asked but tears streamed down Mitchell face. “My child, my baby… Odette, Odette, no no no, it’s can’t be. Odette. Akeela what are waiting for? Open the portal now.” I commanded and slumped to the chair.

“Kendra drive fast, Akeela nothing will happen to my child right? I asked.
“I don’t know.”
“What are you telling me huh? The car came to halt and I was the first person to jumped out.
Everywhere was crowded, it really hard to pass through the large audience standing at the entrance ( hospital )

“Move aside please.” Guards paved way. I rushed inside the hospital.
“Please this way ma’am.” A man clad in suits said. I tagged behind him while Akeela, Mariana, Mitchell and Kendra followed. I sighted Kyle and walked up to him.
“Where is my child? Where is Odette, i need to see my daughter now?
“Mummy calm, she’ll be fine.” Kendra hugged tight.
“I can’t bear to lose my child, I can’t do without her. Odette.”
Shortly, The doctor walked into the hall. We all rushed toward him.
“How’s she? We chorused.
“I need to talk to her parent urgently, where are they? The doctor uttered with a puzzle expression.
“I’m her mother, is she okay?
“Please follow me.” He said and lead the way.
“I’ll be right back.” I mutttered and tagged behind him as we entered into his office.
“Please have your seat ma’am.” he pointed out. “Okay.” I drew the chair back and sat on it impatiently.
“The bullet didn’t touch the vital point. She lost a lot of blood but we’ve stopped the hemorrhaging.” He hesitated and I inhaled shapely. “We lost her once and in seconds, she was fighting her way back. They’ll be bringing her up to ICU.”
“Oh my goodness! I exclaimed and fought back the tears. Life or death.
I stood and turned to walk back. “Please save my daughter.” I opened the door and walked out.
“How’s she mom? Kyle asked.
“She’s out of surgery,” I said calmly. Part of me want to weep but I have to be strong for my child. “They’re taking her to intensive care. They’ve stopped the bl.eeding.” I sighed. “Come on kyle, is not like she’s going to leave us. She’ll be fine. Come here.” I patted his back gently.
“When can we see her mom? Kendra asked.
“When she wakes up.” I replied steady.
