CHAPTER 46
I drove to the club , reaching there I went to my suite and ordered the strongest drink ever.
I drank my sadness away even though the alcohol didn’t do anything for me.
I felt the alcohol was already making its way to my body.
I stood up and staggered making my way towards the entrance.
I didn’t want to get in bed with any of the whores here.
I walked to my car taking the key but I felt my vomiting and quickly rushed out as I threw up in a trash can.
After I was done I used my hand to clean my mouth.
I drove recklessly as Nyx was in my mind, the way she smiled with Ryder.
The way she ran happily with him kept replaying in my head
.
My mind was messing with me when I saw Nyx in front of my car and immediately pressed the brake.
“Nyx” I whispered
I was so distracted that I didn’t realize that I was hallucinating again.
I didn’t hear the truck coming at full speed. I was about to get down to go and meet Nyx in front of me but I was hit by the truck making my car flip 5 times before it crashed to the floor.
My vision was blurring but all I could see was Nyx before the darkness swallowed me.

Nyx lothario
My heart was heavy and for some reason I felt like I made the wrong decision .
The look on Eric’s face was making my heart ache and I hated it.
I did the right thing ? That came out as a question.
I didn’t even know where we were going.
“Ryder, where are we going?” I asked.
But he was silent but then he started to laugh.
Not just any laugh but that of a maniac.
“You see Nyx , you’re the most foolish person I’ve seen” . I looked at Ryder feeling confused.
“You see, there’s a saying that says the devil you know it’s better than the angel you don’t know. Although it’s partially true , in your case it’s true.
Let me tell you a little story my dear Nyx “.
“You see, all that I told you was the opposite. When Eric was young, his father and his mother were from different worlds while his father was a billionaire and his mom was just an ordinary woman.
His mother couldn’t cope with the lifestyle so she told Eric to pass her the pills. Eric thought it was his medication because she was sick at that moment.
He gave it to her and stayed with her, passing her the glass of water.
He watched as his mother started to cough out bI.ood. Too young to know what was going on he just stood there trying to stop the bI.ood but it was too late.
She died killing herself with her own hands”.
“When his father found out about it , although he couldn’t blane his son because Eric knew nothing, he couldn’t just stay in that house so he left, leaving Eric to grow up with his nanny.
Eric fell into deep depression but Seth stayed by his side and I hated it so I was the one who spread the rumors that Eric killed his mom.
Seeing how people started to call him names like murderer, a killer made me happy.”
A gasp left my mouth, what the h’ll is Ryder telling me.
“I wanted Eric’s downfall but Ariel just had to come into his life and make everything better.
Eric loved her and she also did too, it was disgusting to watch. I also loved Ariel but it turned into obsession.
