I hate him for doing this to me,I hate him for making me feel like this,I hate him because everytime he stares at me with those beautiful eyes,I melt like an ice cream in the sun.
My make-up was already ruined,i couldn’t stop crying,I look like a witch with mascara all over my face,I can’t go out like this.
I came out of the bathroom earning few weird stares from people but i didn’t care,all i wanted to do was to drown my pain.
I sneak into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of whiskey, then went to the back of her house,no one was there,I sat on the floor and started drinking.

? Jasper’s P.o.v?
It’s been almost two hours and i haven’t seen Mari, Austin went to look for her but I was getting worried,She saw I and Alexia kssing and she ran away. Was she jealous?
When i saw her walk into the party,I think i lost my senses for a while,She looked absolutely breathtaking.
I knew she was trying to make me feel jealous and it was working, Seeing her with Austin made me want to punch Austin away and just kss Mariana like there’s no one around.
“You are looking for her, aren’t you?” Alexia asked.
“Who?”
“Mariana,You are looking for her”
“Uh..She…
“It’s okay,Jasper,I don’t have feelings for you but Mariana does,I saw the way she looked at you, She’s in love with you and You are also in love with her”
“Is it that obvious?” She chuckled,then held my hand.
“Go look for her,She needs you, She’s probably sad over our little kss”
“Thanks” I smiled at her before heading to look for Mariana.
I checked the girls bathroom but she wasn’t there,I bumped into Brandon.
“Hey,bro” He said avoiding my gaze.
“Hey,We have alot to talk about but we should do it tomorrow,i need to look for someone”
“Sure” We did our signature handshake,then he walked away.
Brandon and I have been close friends and i miss him,So having him back would be nice.
Now,Where could Mariana be? I asked around and no one knew nothing.
“I think i saw her at tha back of the house,She almost threw a bottle at me” A random guy said to me.
“Thanks”
I ran to the back of the house and i saw her, sitting on the floor and drinking a bottle of whiskey.
“Mari?” I called out to her,She looked at me then started laughing hysterically.
“I must be going cr@zy now,am hallu.cinating”
I walked closer to her and sat in front of her,i tried to touch her but she resisted.
“Mari,You are drunk, let’s go home”
“No,i don’t want to..Leave me alone” She took a big gulp of the drink,her make up was ruined meaning she was crying.
“Mari,We have to go, it’s almost midnight”
“I told you that I don’t want to” She hit me on the chest.
“Then we’ll do it the hard way” I lifted her up and carried her over my shoulders,She started hitting me and trying to get down.
I took her outside and started walking towards my car.
“Mari, I have been looking for you” Austin came out.
“Am taking her home”
“No,i will..Am sure Alexia is waiting for you,So give Marianna to me”
“Austin,you don’t want to start a fight here so i suggest you back off and stop behaving like she’s your girlfriend,She only came here with you to make me jealous,now back off”
He didn’t say a word, while i took Mariana over to my car,She was now quiet but kept pouting like a little child,i made her sit down in the passenger’s seat.
“I hate you” I chuckled and wore her seat belt for her.
“I know” I got into the car and texted Alexia that i had to take Mari home,She said not to worry,She was catching a ride with one of her friends.
I started the car but it wasn’t moving,i tried so many times but nothing.
“Okay, Mari,You stay here while i check the tyres” I got out of the car and found out that one of the tyres was flat.
I went to the back of the car to get my spare tyres,I came back to see Mari sitting on the floor, hitting the tyres.
“Why are hitting the tyres?”
“Because it’s the fault of the tyres that we are stuck here, It’s your fault too”
“My fault? How?”
“You..you didn’t want to talk to me,You left me for another girl”
“But i thought we decided on giving each other space”
“But you went on to the next girl,You two were behaving like a couple,She laughs,you laugh,i hated it”
“Are you jealous?” She started laughing,then stopped and covered her mouth.
“I was so close to throwing up” She clapped her hands and started laughing again.
“Mari,You don’t have to be jealous,Somehow you have given me a feeling that i can’t outrun.
Sometimes i wish I didn’t think about you everyday”
She didn’t say anything,She had passed out,I finished changing the tyres and gently laid Mari back into the car.

The Next Day.
? Mariana’s P.o.v?
I woke up with a really bad headache, everything was spinning.
How did i even get home?
I stood up and i was still in my party clothes,I rushed to the bathroom to shower,then have a change of clothes,i was brushing my hair in front of my mirror when i noticed the time, It’s 2pm,I missed classes.
I rushed downstairs expecting to see my mom but i saw the person i least expected.
“What are you doing here?” He looked up from his phone,then smiled at me.
“Good morning to you too”
“Again i ask,What are you doing here,Jasper?”
“I brought you home last night,You were really drunk”
“You brought me home? What about Austin?”
“I told him that i wanted to take you home”
“Did you punch him.. again?”
“No,i didn’t..I don’t do that anymore in case you haven’t noticed”
“And what your girlfriend,Alexia?” He chuckled and walked closer to me.
“She’s not my girlfriend,She doesn’t like me in that way”
“But you like her?”
“No,i don’t,I like a different girl, She’s annoying but she’s very beautiful”
“Whatever,Just leave”
“And what if i don’t?” He kept on moving closer till my back hit the wall.
“I’ll kick you out.. Where’s my mom?”
“Went out to get groceries so it’s just me and you in this house, beautiful”
He placed his hands on my waist and pulled me closer to himself,my heart was racing.
“Don’t.. don’t t..touch me” Am stuttering like an idi0t,Get it together, Mariana, He’s just a guy, A guy that’s extremely handsome, D@mnit.
He placed his hand on my cheek and leaned closer,I found myself leaning close too.
“What’s going on here?” We quickly separated from each other.
