Truly it was wrong to make noise in the grave yard but the mortuary attendants dared not to question Chairman James’ authority

He had every citizen and migrants in the state wrapped at the tip of his fingers

Claribel was crying already..

Dylan’s gaze travelled to her and he wished he could defend her but everyone knows he was powerless at the moment…

“I did….” Claribel was saying when the sound of gvn shots echoed loudly in the air

Every one’s eyes widened

“Could that be Roxanne” she thought fearfully

The shots sounded again and this time no one was to be told to run!

Everyone scattered in the yard and scrambled out through several corners

Deanna and Claribel raised Dylan from the wheel chair and hung his hands on their shoulders as they struggled to escape with him..

Even Chairman Langford wasn’t left out, they all ran away…

Few minutes later, the gun shots stopped and a familiar man and woman could be seen approaching Cathy’s grave

It was..

Nathan and Ashley!!

Nathan smirked

“She’s finally dead” Ashley said before he could speak, he nodded

“Roxanne Lee was faster again like she was three years ago” Nathan smiled and they stuck hands

“The bch is gone, what’s next..?” Ashley turned to him with a smile

“The properties..” Nathan replied, smiling back

“Ours..” they said in unison

“Mine you mean” Nathan thought inwardly with a dangerous and creepy. smile

Dwayne’s Car

“I have to go now, thanks so much for today and the ride” Cindy said smiling, her rosary was visible on her neck.

They were both in his car and the car was parked right in front of her house

Dwayne smiled back, placing his hand on hers … he rubbed it fondly

“I’m missing you already” he said sincerely

She scoffed silently and laughed

“Com’on boss!…”

“Dwayne” he corrected immediately

“Okay.. Dwayne” she said cutely and they both laughed

“Your house is large and you have many workers at your beckon and call, I’m sure your family visits often too..” She said with a shrug

He sighed with a sad smile raising her hand to his face

“I have no relations, I once had a brother who is now a total stranger and resides in China and as you know, my only surviving parent… Mum died yesterday so I’m left in

a world of isolation” he said

Cindy sighed deeply

“I’m sorry about that..” She said sadly

“It’s fine, could you please come over this weekend” he said and she nodded without hesitation

“Sure.., I’ll call you” she said and he smiled in appreciation

“My own family too is nothing to write home about, my parents are the worst set of parents, we hardly see them in a year..

I’ll be going to the hospital soon to see my brother and as for my sister, she’s really in a bad mood..

I really feel so bad remembering all that but thanks to you for being there” she said and he nodded

“Anything for my princess” he said and she blushed immediately

“Can I go now” she said seconds later..

Dwayne sighed,

“Yeah.. fine” he mumbled

“I’ll tell my driver to bring your car” he said and she nodded

“Can I pick you up tomorrow morning” he asked and her eyes widened

“What…?”

“I don’t want to create suspicions from my family” she muttered but he didn’t hear.
