Chapter 14
I began to hear someone’s voice. I listened attentively with my heavy eyes still closed to know if I can recognize the voice. It was Nicky.
“Andra…. Andra wake up” she called out.
She was whispering, and then I heard the clattering of chains and nothing else. I opened my eyes to know if I’m still on earth.
“Finally, thank goodness you are OK” Nicky breathed out.
“What happened” I asked her.

I looked around. I was lying on a very big beautiful bed, with pink and blue bed covers. I looked up and saw a pink table and there was a big sparkling pink mirror on it, coupled with pink colored cosmetics.
The pink curtains were still shielding the sun from attacking the room.
I stretched myself on the bed, my head was still aching, I stepped on the pink beautiful rug and looked around again.
The room looks like the one I’ve been seeing in barbie cartoon, so beautiful and colorful, a typical feminine room and I love it, it made me feel like a rich spoilt girl. But where are we? And where’s Nicky?
“Nicky” I called out.
“Over here” she replied, I turned to where her voice came from, at the far extreme of the room, chained to a chair.

Why and who chained her. I ran to her and tried to unchain her but I couldn’t find the key.
“Nicky who chained you and where are we?” I asked her.
“Remember Alex and the lycans from before…”
“Yes”
“We are in their territory” she stated.
“What! How did you know?” I exclaimed.
“Their spell didn’t work on me” she said.
“They casted a $pell on us?.. Wait… Why didn’t it work on you” I twisted my brows at her in curiosity.
“Is that what we should be talking about now” she fired at me.
“I’m sorry.” I apologized. “But why did they chain you?”
“Because I put up quite a fight with Alex who happens to be their prince.. A demi god” she spat out nothing that made any sense.
“I do not understand one bit of what you are talking about right now but let me find something to break this chain” I stated and looked around but didn’t see anything strong enough that can break a wood not to talk of chains, its only fluffy toys and teddy bears that were on the leftside of the bed. Who’s room is this anyway?
“Give it up, you ain’t gonna find anything” Nicky breathed out.
“You are chained like a dog and I don’t like it” I snapped.
“Alex said he will unchain me when he gets back”
“I can’t wait until he gets back, I’ll go look for him” I ran to the door.
“Wait the door is….” Nicky tried to warn me.
I tried to push the door open but it’s stuck, I shook it vehemently but it wouldn’t bulge.
“The door is locked Andra” she finally spoke out.
I started packing restlessly around the room.
“I just don’t understand, why did Alex kidnap us. I really thought this whole wolf thing was just a dream, I mean him being a wolf and all” I complained as I paced around.
“I guess your eyes are open now” Nicky said.
“What does he want from us?” I asked.
“Your blood” Nicky replied.
“Well he should come and eat me already cause I’m tired of this place” I snapped, Nicky laughed a little and replied.
“He won’t kill you, he doesn’t want you dead, you are his mate, he loves you, he can’t survive a day without you, which was why he brought us here, he wanted you alone actually but he was curious about me, so he added me to his list… Ouch!” She said and screamed a little.
Whatever she said made no Atom of sense to me, I wanted to ask questions but her painful scream didn’t let me.
I turned to her and saw how hot the chain is, it practically looks like something that is about to catch fire. I ran to her.
“Oh my gosh! What happened, why is the chain hitting up” I asked her.
The chain turned hot red and was sparkling fire.
“I tried to break it with my power but it’s under a great spell, I can’t believe Alex is this powerful” she cried.
“Meaning?” I asked her in total confusion.
“Meaning that Alex Is preventing me from breaking the chain with my powers” she mumbled in pain.
“What power are you talking about?” I asked her. I mean I can understand if Alex has powers as a werewolf but she said her power, what is that supposed to mean.
“Just call Alex please” she cried.
The chain was sparkling like a faulty electric wiring. I ran to the door and started shouting for help and hitting the door at the same time.

I heard foot steps, realizing that someone was coming, I stepped back, the door swung open, Alex and two other white men entered the room, Alex rushed to Nicky, I ran after him.
“How could you use your powers on this chain after I warned you not to, why are you so stubborn?” He fired at Nicky.
Nicky couldn’t answer cause she was already crying. I Really want to know what this power thing is all about. Alex laid his two hands on the chain and to my greatest surprise it disappeared.
What the h*ll is going on here?
