” My life sucks ! I can’t believe I’m getting married to Ethan McKenzie out of so many people in the world ” I said to my sister sitting across me .
” You know , it’s better this way because you will get to be saved from the embarrassment of getting pregnant before marriage ” My sister Kate pointed out as she drank up her Coke.
I just played with my straw with no intentions of drinking any of the coke i bought for myself ” You are right Kate but Ethan is not my type . His life is so boring . He doesn’t even party or anything . ”
” A least he is kind and hard-working . He would surely take care of you . Partying is for bad guys like Hayden . ”
” I wish I was getting married to Hayden instead of Ethan right now but it’s pointless . I got myself in this mess. ”
” Amber chill and enjoy your cool drink . I will be right back . ” Kate stood up with her Cellphone .
I just nodded for her to go ahead because I know she will take hours talking to her secret boyfriend. She walked out beaming ear to ear.
I may be a little too old to get married to Ethan but my body says otherwise . You know , I’m like 25 years ol whilst Ethan is 21. My parents didn’t force me into marriage , I forced them to get me married as Soon as possible . They don’t know that I’m pregnant and the father of the child doesn’t want anything to do with me or the baby right now. Ethan is my only hope of getting out of this mess .
It was easy to convince Ethan’s Mother to get me married to their son . They looked desperate when I first met them so it was my perfect opportunity to convince them . They looked so relieved when I told them that I will happily accept Ethan as my husband to be . It wasn’t an easy Choice but I had to take it in order to save my parents the disappointment .
I have already got a plan to get Ethan to marry me In one week . You see ,I’m pregnant and the only way to point a finger at Ethan is to sleep with him on our first night . We are going to spend a week at the house his parents bought for us and I’m going to get busy in $educing him then after I have slept with him then I will wait few weeks before I blame him for getting me pregnant . I will be stuck with him forever but with a great reputation .
The father of my child I’m carrying right now is Hayden’s brother . He is happily married and he told me very clearly that he doesn’t want anything to do with me . He even threatened to burn my family alive if I don’t stay far away from him . I’m scared that he might kill my family so I’m playing it far from him . I feel Stupid for believing him when he used to sleep with me . He used to tell me that he would divorce his wife for me if I do whatever he wants . Now look , I’m the only one stuck in this mud whilst he is enjoying his luxurious life with his wife . ! I’m the worst person in the world.
I can’t change what I have done but I can surely make someone else fall for me . I’m beautiful and smart , even though I’m pregnant but that doesn’t mean I can’t trap anyone with this pregnancy . Hayden’s brother might have played me good but I’m going to play Ethan even more .

It has been days Since Friday night when Ethan came home drunk he hasn’t spoke to me at all . He keeps on ignoring me at all costs . It’s already Thursday and still he hasn’t talked to me . This thing is driving me insane .
Hayden and I have been laying things off a little . He didn’t even touch me that night when I asked for him to kss me . I may be all over him but he doesn’t care about that . He even told me that he doesn’t feel the same way with me . I thought he liked me but he confessed tbat he doesn’t and the only thing we can be is friends which is something I’m cool with .
I have been Sharing a bed with him but I eventually moved in Daniel’s room since he left for a monthly vacation with Cassandra .
Annalisa has been avoiding me since that day i threatened to fight her . I’m glad that she hates fights because I hate them too .
Hayden went to work while Annalisa went out for a doctor’s appointment . So it is just me and Ethan and this my chance to talk to him alone .
I slowly walked in his bedroom without knocking hoping to see his naked body but I was very disappointed to find him sitting on the bed with his hands covering his face .
” Ethan ….Are you alright ? I have been trying to talk to you but you keep on ignoring me . What’s wrong ?” I murmured as I sat beside him on the bed.
” I’m fine Isabella . It is just work okay ? I’m a big man . You don’t have to worry about me . ” He mumbled in a Sharp tone surprising me .” Go away ”
” You don’t look or sound fine to me Ethan. I know there is something bothering you that you aren’t telling me . ”
” I said I’m fine so please leave me alone. I need to start packing . ” He breathed out ” I’m leaving tomorrow . ”
” To where ? I would surely like to join you . It’s boring being around the same house everyday . ”
“My parents have chosen a suitable bride for me to marry . Im going to spend the upcoming week with her at our new house. ”
” What ? Why didn’t you tell me about this ? ” I shot back clearly irritated that Ethan kept this from me until today.
” It’s a family thing Isabella and there is nothing I can do . I wish I can say no but I can’t . They are my parents , they know what’s best for me ” he slowly raised his head and stared at me . ” I’m sorry . ”
” Don’t you dare ‘sorry me ” Ethan ! I can’t believe you are acting this stupid . What kind of an excuse is that . It’s your life , your choices !” I stood up quickly ” I can’t believe this nonsense you are telling me now . First it was Annalisa now your parents . When will you learn to be man enough to say NO !”
” You don’t understand Isabella that’s why I waited this long to tell you . It’s not easy to say NO to everything my parents says. ”
” Ethan….you are a man …you are not a child. Saying NO to them won’t do you any harm . You are working your ass off for your parents. They are blinded by wealth that they can’t see how miserable your life is . ”
” They love me and they want me to have a bright future . . Maybe I can convince them to allow me to marry two wives , you can be my second wife. ” Ethan stood up and grabbed both of my hands ” Please Isabella . You are the only girl I want a future with . It’s really hard for me to leave you behind like this . ”
” I love you Ethan but I can’t get married to a coward man like you who can’t even make his own choices .” I yacked my hands off his ” Have a safe trip . ”
” Isabella ” he choked out ” Please Isabella , I thought you would understand my situation but you don’t . It hurts me that you don’t. ”
” Ethan use your fucking head ! Your parents are controlling everything in your life and that is why you are unhappy . ” I folded my arms in annoyance ” You can go spend the week with her and if she makes you happy then I’m willing to let you go ”
Ethan gave me a desperate look ” I don’t want you to let me go. I want you to love me even more .She will never make me as happy as you do . ”
I shoke my head no knowing very well that Ethan will always listen to his stupid parents no matter what and because of that . He will end up being sad for the rest of his life . I feel sorry for him and I wish I could do something to show him that his parents doesn’t care about his happiness .
