**HARRY’S POV*
Three days later…
I read the news with a blank expression on. A new date for my dad and Scarlett’s wedding have been scheduled and honestly, I don’t give a fuck.
Anything that has to do with her doesn’t concern me anymore. She sent me a message yesterday but I don’t bother opening it talk-less of replying her.
I don’t know why she is still after me while she is chasing my dad now.
I am currently at work, working as usually. I glance at my laptop to see lots of unfinished work from a particular employee.
“Erm, Finn?” I called my P.A Who was busy with some flies in the office.
“Yes..” he replied.
“Send For Asher Lopez. I need him here” I retorted and he nods and I returned back to what am doing while Finn made some calls.

Few minutes later, he came to stand in front of me.
“I just made some calls and I found out Asher has been absent for three days now..”
“What? Did he leave a notice or message?” I requested.
“No. Not at all” Finn answered and I frowned.
“Send him a mail. I need him in the office this week or else he is fired!” I said.
“Noted.”

Later in the afternoon….
Chloe came visiting and I muttered inaudible words knowing she is going to drag me to lunch again.
“And why are you here?” I groaned.
“Nice to see you too brother” Chloe smiled and sat down.
“Aargh!” I grumbled.
“I have some good news…” Chloe started.
“You are pregnant?” I asked cockily.
“Jeez! No! What the fk!….Harry!”
“Why are you so freaked out? So it true?” I smirked.
“Say any word again and you are so dead” Chloe threatened and I opened my mouth to talk but closer it back when she brought out her heels.
“My mouth are sealed” I said zipping my mouth fighting the urge to laugh.
“You are so….Argh, I don’t even have a boyfriend. How can I be pregnant?….”
“Should I talk?”
“No..don’t…back to the main business..”
“Okay…” I said boredly.
“Remember about the man beater story that I told you about?” Chloe started and I suddenly got interested.
“Yeah. Have he been found?”
“I guess so…A man claimed to have seen him and he alerted the police. The police are currently at the location. I hope he gets found”
“Of course he will. There is no where he can hide. He can’t leave the state at the moment. That’s for sure” I said.
“I guess so. Hoping to hear the good-news from the police.., Let just forget about that. How are you? You good?” Chloe asked.
“Why asking?” I Inquired curiously.
“Scarlett…”
“I don’t want to hear her name” I frowned.
“Bro, you sound like you still love her. What is it about her that you can’t seem to let go of?” Chloe asked observing my face.
“I don’t anymore and that is the truth and let’s not talk about this anymore”
“So you are going to get another girl?”
“Chloe!” I warned.
“What?” She shrugged innocently.
“I don’t want to talk about this okay? Respect my decision”
“Sure sure. Whatever. Am leaving” she said and stood up and started walking towards the door.
She turned back to look at me. “You are not going to beg me?” She asked and I rolled my eyes.
“Argh, you are so impossible!” Chloe groaned and came back to meet me.
“Anyways, let go for lunch and you are not saying no”
“I thought you are about leaving..”
“Never. You are stuck with me forever!” Chloe grinned and started dragging me up.
“Wtch” I groaned.
Not to brag but I got the best sister in the world.

**CAMILLE’S POV**
It been three days since the incident happened. I am staying with Annie now.
Annie didn’t allow me go back to my matrimonial home. Not even to take my luggages or anything.
I had initially thought Asher would come get me but nothing of sort happened. He didn’t call, text nor do anything.
I haven’t seen him since then and am grateful for that. Annie assured me he isn’t going to do anything to me and even if he comes, she would fight him and wouldn’t allow him take me.
Am indeed lucky to have Annie as friend.
Currently, am in the living room of Annie’s house as Annie danced to Nicki Minaj’s song.
“What do you think? Am thinking about becoming a dancer. Dmn!, I will be popular” Annie bragged as she whined her waist.
“Tsk! Just because you learnt how to dance, you have started seeing your self as a world known dancer”
“So you are downgrading me uh? Don’t be surprised wen you see me on the front page of magazines”
“Keep on dreaming baby!” I winked.
“You are such a kill joy” Annie said and stuck out her tongue at me.
“That, I am”I agreed and smirked.
I left the living room to get a cup of water in the kitchen and on getting back, Annie already sat on the couch rubbing her feet.
“Argh, am so tired. Give me the water” annie said tiredly.
“You really need the water then am sorry ma’am but you are getting it yourself….” I said taking my seat on the couch opposite hers.
“Common..please”
“No!”
“Pretty”
“No”
“Sweetheart..”
“Tsk!” I said, taking a sip out of the water.
“You enjoy me suffer right?”
“That right” I smiled.
I heard the sound of a car and I arched my brows.
“Is that..?”
Annie interrupted. “Might be the neighbors” She said and I nodded.
“Now the water..” Annie said.
“The kitchen isn’t far from here, Annie!” I rolled my eyes.
“But just give me the one with you”
“I said no!” I maintained my ground, grinning.
“Fk You!”
“Fk you too!”
“Fk you..fk….” Annie’s words was interrupted by the sound of the doorbell ringing.
We both looked at ourselves. “Are you expecting someone?”
“Am not sure” she replied.
“Then who is..”
“Might be a neighbor or a friend. Help me get it please” Annie said.
“Fine! Okay” I groaned and stood up.
I walked towards the door and opened it and my eyes widened on seeing HIM.
He was dressed casually in a white polo and jean trouser.
My blood ran cold and I went numb immediately.
“Hi, camille. Can we talk?” He asked calmly.
