FINAL MISSION
Desmond’s POV
LOCATION : MOSCOW, RUSSIA.
TIME: 3:15 PM
After the plane landed at the airport I made my way out of the lobby and took a taxi to any nearby Hotel.
I lodged in and bring my things to the room, I freed the puppy as well and settled down.
I bring out my laptop and look for a housing agent online to find an apartment not far from the location of the target.
I got in touch with the agent and we made arrangements to meet which he gave me an address to come to him in the next one hour.
I waited for an hour later then I left the room and went to the address given to me.
I met with the agent and he took me to the building, I saw the building and I like what I see.
We discussed the price and I paid immediately for the apartment which he gave a key.
I returned to the hotel room and took all my things to the apartment, I wanted to make I’m ready and set today so I can begin the mission tomorrow.
I bring out my phone and dialled the Colonel’s number of which he picked immediately.
” Blackbird, Have you arrived?” the colonel asked.
” Yes sir…..I’m settled” I replied.
” that’s good……you know the rules make no mistake ” he said.
” Copy that sir” I replied.
” Good, proceed with the mission” he said.
” Alright Sir ” I replied then the call ended.
I decided to check out the target and know what to be expecting, maybe I can get this done before two months.
I went out of the apartment and took a taxi to the location, when the taxi reached there i paid him and got down.
I saw the building right in front of me and I was dumbfounded, there’s no way I can get past all these people without them putting me down.
The compound is big enough for a Stadium, even the security all over the place are like a battalion, they are well armed with automatic guns.
I tried to look for any way I can at least entered the place but it seems impossible.
Since I can’t find a way in to the compound I put a call back to the Colonel and he picked.
” Blackbird ” he said.
” Sir you’re right, Sir, you’re right getting close to him is the definition of the word impossible” I said.
” you can’t back out now” he said.
” That’s not it Sir, I was hoping there will be another way ” I said.
” I don’t know of any…….that’s your job, find a way ” he said.
” uhmm, Sir…….do you know if this Mr Jackson has any business partners or anyone close to him” I asked.
” Hold on a minute let me check ” he said then I waited.
” Yeah,…he has a number two his name is Zaza Thabo, A South African man” he said.
” Alright Sir……send me his details and location ” I said.
” copy that” he said then the call ended.
” This is not going to be easy as I thought ” I said then went back to the apartment.
When I got back to the apartment I looked into the details of the man the colonel sent to me.
I got his address which is a little bit far from where I am so I went out and took a cab to the place.
Few minutes later I got to the address then I got down after the paying the taxi man.
I saw the building as well and was dumbfounded again cause it’s like the same place as the first one.
” You people have got to be kidding me” I said as I look around the place and I see no difference.
” How am I supposed to get into this place?” I said to myself then I put a call through to the colonel again.
” Blackbird…….you got it? ” he asked.
” Yeah I did Sir, I didn’t know when you said invisible I didn’t know it actually spread to everyone” I said.
” you have to find your way in………and I mean without force” he said.
” yeah I understand the mission, I’m just thinking of the that could be possible ” I said.
” You have to find a way……..go in as an uncover” he said.
” Sir, is the call open?” I asked.
” No……I’m the only one here” he replied.
” I’d like it to stay this way….. I don’t want anything to jeopardize this” I said.
” Copy that……….my brother already explained to me the kind of person that you are…….and I promise not to betray” he said.
” I’m happy to hear that……..I’ll call if there’s any progress ” I said.
” copy that” he said then the call ended.
I looked at the place again and nodded negatively then took a taxi back to the apartment.
This time it’s late already there’s nothing I can do than to rest and continue tomorrow.
Only that I don’t know where to start from, I looked into Zaza Thabo’s profile to check more about him.
I found a file about him having a sister which study at a university, I saw the picture of the man and his sister.
They are always with security, hopefully tomorrow when she’s going for class she won’t have any security.
I got her name, Course, Pictures, and university then made plan to go for her tomorrow, maybe if I’m lucky I’ll get close to her.
I eat and rested for the night tomorrow is another day.

(NEXT DAY)
I woke up the next day and took my bath then I went out of the apartment and look for an eatery around to have my breakfast.
I found one and ordered for a simple meal and after I’m through I board a taxi to the university.
I got to the university and see students trooping in then I went along with them.
I asked around from the students where I could find the same class as that of the Girl.
I got to the class and I sat along with the rest of the students awaiting the professor.
I looked around the hall but I couldn’t find the girl which made me think I might be in the wrong class.
Just as I was about to head out a Black Girl entered and all attention turned to her cause of the bodyguard.
The bodyguard stood right outside the hall and the girl went to sit down and we all await the professor.
I’m going to need to another plan if I’m going to do this, then I went out of the hall.
I went outside to think of any other way cause this mission seems to be impossible so I put a call back to the colonel.
” Blackbird……..what’s your status?” he asked.
” Still on it……i was hoping I could use some help” I said.
” Alright tell me………what do you need?” he asked.
” do you know if Mr Jackson have any enemies?” I asked.
” uhmm, I don’t think so……..wait hold on” he said then I waited for a while.
” listen, Jackson has no grudges with anyone but for Zaza, there was one man he had a feud with” Col. Said.
” Who is the man?” I asked.
” According to the Intel Agent Mackerel gave us……..Zaza and this man are friends but Zaza raped his daughter and he denied it, they’ve been quarrelling since then” Col said.
” Okay?…..uhmm…….do you have the location of this man? ” I asked.
” No I don’t……..but I can only give you his name ” he said.
” Alright Sir ” I said.
” His name is Pavel Zarkova” he said.
” Alright said…….thanks” I said.
” May I know why you ask for this cause this man has nothing to do with Mr Jackson ” the colonel said.
” yeah I know……….I’m trying to look for a way in, I’ll call you later ” I said then ended the call.
This is getting out of hands, I came here for one man and now I’m getting myself involved with two other men.
I just hope they don’t kill me before I even get the chance to complete the mission.
I need to act fast, so I head back to the apartment and bring out my laptop, I searched for the name online but I couldn’t get the address.
Then I hacked into the police criminal record and search for the name as Well then I found the details about him.
He’s the leader of a gang, he went to prison two times before they released him last year.
I got his address and went out of the room, I took a taxi to the address and after a while the taxi stopped right in front of the place.
With the look of the place it turned out to be a ghetto Area, I removed the beard and mustache and went in as MIA.
I got to one of the men and asked about Pavel Zarkova , the guy look at me for a while before he told me to follow him.
We got to the room and he knocked then we entered, I saw the man and some others smoking in the room.
” Boss, etot chelovek zdes’, chtoby uvidet’ tebya ” the guy said.
” kto ty? ” the man said pointing at me.
” I’m sorry, I don’t speak Russian ” I said.
” I said who are you” he said.
” ohh…..my name is Michael ” I said.
” Micheal, why are you here?……..what can I do for you?” he asked and I kneeled before him.
” Sir I need your help….. I seriously need your help” I said trying to look as sad as I can be.
” what do you need my help for boy?” he asked.
” it’s Mr Zaza, he hurts me……..he destroyed the last family I had left” I said crying.
” Zaza?…..You mean Zaza Thabo?” he said and I nodded affirmative.
” What did he do? ” he asked angrily.
” His men were driving by roughly and they hit my little brother, right now he’s fighting for his life on the hospital bed” I lied.
” I tried to confront him but it was impossible, I reported to the police but none of them do nothing……..right now I’m helpless which is why I came to you” I added.
” Zaza is a very Evil man, he also did something evil to me as well…….i tried to get but the government aren’t doing anything about it” he said.
” I try to revenge on my own and I went to jail twice for it……….how I wish there could be another way I could have my revenge on him” he said angrily.
” Actually Sir, there could be a way” I said.
” How?” he asked.
” Mr Zaza has a sister who study in the same university as I, as I speak to you she’s having lectures at the school ” I said.
” Really? ” he asked.
” Yes Sir” I replied.
” is she not with security?” he asked.
” Just one bodyguard are with her” I said.
” one ? ” he asked.
” yes sir….one” I said.
” what’s the name of the university?” he asked.
” National University of Science and Technology ” I said.
” Don’t worry……..you may go, I will handle it” he said.
” Thank you Sir…….I’m really grateful ” I said.
” you can go ” he said.
” thank you” I replied then left the place.
As I got outside I took a cab and back to the university then attached the beard and mustache.
I got down at the uncertainty then paid the driver, I went back to the hall and I saw the girl still having lectures.
I waited for the men to arrive but I didn’t see any of them till the lecture is over for the day.
Zaza’s sister came out of the hall with the bodyguard behind her as they went for the car.
Then I saw a group of men coming out of a corner, Mr Pavel is not among them but I recognize one of the men.
” it’s show time” I said then draw closer to them.

Author’s POV
The men bring out their weapon and started shooting at them, Everyone at the place ran away immediately they heard gunshots.
Desmond also hide at a corner and watched as everything plays, the bodyguard quickly hide the girl beside one of the car.
Then the bodyguard pulled out his own gun and started shooting back at them, the girl was scared to death.
The men draw closer to them and the bullet hit the bodyguard on the hand then he told the girl to run.
Desmond watched on as the girl ran away while the bodyguard continue shooting at them.
Two of the men ran after the girl as she ran away and desmond followed them immediately.
He continue running until he caught up with them, they already had the girl then Desmond move towards them.
” Leave the girl alone” Desmond said and the two guys stared at him.
” Who are you?” one of them said.
” Just let the girl go” Desmond said again then one of the men tried to hit him, he dodged it and punched the guy to the ground.
The other one attacked and he did the same to him as well, he grabbed the girl and ran away.
” Are you alright?” Desmond asked as they keep running.
” please take me home……I’m scared” the girl said frightened.
“Alright let’s take a cab” Desmond said then they saw some other men running after them.
” Let’s go…..let’s go, they are coming ” Desmond shouted and they pick up the pace.
They keep running till they reached the road and they stopped a cab then they both entered.
” Drive ” Desmond said.
” where? ” the driver asked.
” Leninskiye Gory” the girl said .
” okay ” the driver said then drove off.
” why are they after you?” Desmond asked the girl.
” I don’t know……i was just coming back from lecture and they attacked ” the girl said.
” let’s get you home then you can report to the police” Desmond said.
” Thank you” she said.
” you’re welcome, My name is Joseph by the way” Desmond said.
” I’m Loretta, Loretta Thabo ” she said and Desmond smiled.
” Stage one complete now to stage two, let’s hope things go as planned cause I don’t think I’ll have any other opportunity again” he said to himself.
After a while the Driver pulled right in front of the house and they got down and she told Desmond to follow her.
As they got to the entrance the securities were surprised to the girl and they opened the gate for her immediately.
Immediately they entered few of the men followed them as they trolled to the building up ahead.
The compound is so big that they walked for five minutes before they reached the building and as they reached the building the guard prevent Desmond from going in.
” Leave him, he’s my guest” the girl said.
” please come with me” the girl said and Desmond followed her into the house.
They entered and Desmond saw the man Zaza sitting on the couch with two other men, and his sister went to meet him.
” Loretta, what happened? ” Zaza asked.
” we were attacked in school” the girl said.
” attacked?…..by who?…..who would dare do that?” Zaza said furiously.
” I don’t know brother” she said then Zaza looked up at Desmond and their eyes met then he came to him.
” who are you?” he asked.
” Brother this is Joseph, he’s the one that saved me from them” the girl said.
” is that so? ” the man asked.
” yes sir……i just tried to help her” Desmond said.
” Thank you joseph ” he said.
” it’s nothing Sir ” Desmond replied.
” Are you also a student at the school?” he asked.
” No Sir, I’m not…….i just happened to be around that moment ” Desmond replied.
” so tell me Joseph, why would you help my sister?……you didn’t even know her before” he said and I know what he’s trying to do.
” I see that she needed help and I tried to help her” Desmond replied.
” so you just happened to be at the vicinity at that moment ” he said.
” woww…..this man is good” Desmond thought to himself.
” No Sir, I was at the school looking for a Job……..even if it’s a janitor, but when I heard gunshots I quickly hide and I saw them going after your sister here and I decided to help the poor girl” Desmond said.
” Is that so?” he asked.
” Yes sir” Desmond replied and he smiled at him.
” Thank you very much,….Joseph right? ” he said.
” Yes sir…….i think I should go now, Bye Loretta ” I said then turn to go.
” Wait Joseph,……i thought you said you’re looking for a job ” he said.
” yes sir ” Desmond said.
” I think I might have something for you ” he said.
” Really?” Desmond said excitedly.
” Yes Joseph……..come here tomorrow morning, I’ll fill you in” he said.
” Thank you very much Sir ” Desmond appreciated.
” Here take this for saving my sister” he said giving me some bundle of cash.
” Thank you so much sir” Desmond said.
” you’re welcome, come here tomorrow alright ” he said.
” Okay Sir, thank you……….Bye Loretta ” Desmond said.
” Bye joseph, thank you” she said then the security followed him out of the compound.
After Desmond reached outside he stopped a cab which took him back to the apartment.
Stage two complete, let’s hope stage three is successful as well and let’s get this over with.
