(NEXT DAY)

I got dressed and ready for my new found evil Job, I put some food for the dog then went out.
I drove to Zaza’s house and when I entered his mansion I had to wait in the parlor for him.
I waited for almost 45min then I heard footsteps, I turned and see him descending from the stairs.
” Joseph, you’re here already ” he said.
” yes sir” I replied.
” that’s good, are you ready? ” he asked.
” Yes Sir” I said then we head outside.

We got outside then I and Mr Zaza ride in the same car and about twenty armed men accompany us in another car.
We drove out of the compound and left to Mr Jackson house, it took about 40min before we reached the place.
When we got there the security did their thing then they let us in and we drove into compound.
There are securities parading around the place, even if Intend to take on them the word will be impossible.
I’m glad I didn’t go for that plan in the first place, there’s no way I can them all by myself.
One thing about the two of them is that their house looks exactly the same.
The same structure, the lengths, the same large compound, except for one big building at a east side of the compound.
That building must be the warehouse and where all the fake product are produced.
The driver parked at the garage then we all came down from the car and went towards the warehouse.
We didn’t go straight to the warehouse instead to another small building beside it.
I followed Mr Zaza closely as we entered building, we continue walking till we reach another door.
” Half of you stay here, the rest of you follow me” he said then ten men waited outside.
The rest of us followed him then we reached another door and said the same thing again.
” You all can wait here…….Joseph, come with me” he said then I followed him inside.
As we entered the place it turns out it’s the place we are coming to and I saw the very Mr Jackson.
The man is in his Late forties and still look good for the man in his age, there was a confusion in his face when he saw me.
” Who is this?” Mr Jackson asked and Zaza looked at me.
” oh…..this is my new boy Joseph, he has been with me for the past two months now” Zaza said.
” Good morning Sir ” I greeted the man.
” You know how I feel about new faces…….especially black ones” Mr Jackson said.
” oh you have nothing to worry about…….My boy here has proven himself worthy ” Zaza said.
” I hope you’re right ” Mr Jackson said.
” of course I am……… The boy is a great kid” Zaza assured.
” Let’s start now…….let the kid wait outside ” Mr Jackson said.
” Alright Joseph, you can wait outside ” Zaza said.
” yes sir” I said then I turned to leave.
As I turned my eyes landed on a familiar face, I tried to remember where I’ve seen the face but I find it Hard to.
The lady was also looking right back at me as if she knew me, I didn’t stare too long then I went out.
I reached outside and sat on one of the seat, I need to inform the colonel about Mr Jackson.
I bring out my phone and started texting him cause I can’t make a call at the moment.
? ” Good morning mom” I texted.
I already stored his number as Mom, I waited for about fifteen minutes before I received a message back from him.
? ” morning son, how are you doing?” he asked.
? ” I’m fine mom, Its been a while I just decided to chat you up” I said.
? ” ohh that’s fine……anything you want to gist me about? ” he said.
? ” Nothing much, My Dog and I went out to catch some fun” I replied and I’m sure he knew all I meant.
? ” Really?….hope you have fun? ” he texted back.
? ” yeah, and actually I saw your old friend…..here in Russia” I said referring to Mr Jackson.
? ” really? ” he asked.
? ” yeah, she looks so young and beautiful ” I said.
? ” did she recognize you? ” he asked.
? ” No, she didn’t” I replied then the door opened and I stopped then the familiar lady came out.
” who are you texting?” she asked.
” oh……it’s my mother” I replied.
” your mother?” she said.
” yeah, it’s been a while I’ve spoken to her…….so I decided to chat her up before she gets worried ” I said and she have weird countenance.
” Give me your phone……….i don’t trust you” she said.
” I’m telling you the truth” I said.
” give it to me now” she said then I handed it to her.
I saw her scrolling through the chat and I’m guessing she’s checking something else.
” you said to her you went out with your dog” she said.
” yeah, I actually can’t tell her all about this………And yes I do have a dog but it’s at my place ” I said then she continue scrolling.
” You also don’t have many contacts” she said and I was like ‘Seriously?……is this girl alright?’.
” yeah, I just got here in Russia and I don’t have any friends yet…………but if you decided to give me yours it wouldn’t be that bad” I said.
” Nonsense” she said then throw back the at me then walked away.
I still can’t recall where I’ve seen the girl, she looks so familiar and she doesn’t look like she has seen me before.
Who is she?…… Why would a beautiful girl like her be working for an evil man like Mr Jackson.
Maybe she’s his lover but she doesn’t carry herself as one, Mr Jackson will never bring a lover to a place like this.
The way she talks mean she’s here to protect him, I hope she doesn’t get in my way or else I will put her down as well.
Not very long after Zaza and Mr Jackson came out of the room and I stood up immediately.
” Joseph……isn’t it? ” Mr Jackson said.
” Yes sir” I replied.
” Zaza here told me everything, Welcome to the Fold” he said.
” Thank you Sir ” I replied.
” Come let’s go ” he said then I followed them to the warehouse.
We entered and I saw everything as it was being done by machine, and there are people packaging it.
The place is just like any factory, there are many people there working there.
We walked around the factory as we watched as the thing is done, if I’m to destroy this place I need to get this civilian to safety.
” Do you hear what I said?” Mr Jackson said interrupting my thoughts.
” oh I’m very sorry sir……. I was just so lost in thought ” I said.
” well what are you thinking?” he asked.
” Actually I am very happy to be here……I’ve always wondered how this place looks like and everything is just fantastic ” I said excitedly.
” Haven’t you been to a factory before?” Mr Jackson asked.
” No Sir……this is my first ” I replied smiling.
” Well I’m glad you like it ” he said.
” Sir, what were you asking earlier?” I asked.
” Never mind…….I’ll let you know later” he said.
” okay sir ” I replied then we left the warehouse.

We stayed at Mr Jackson’s house till in the evening, I don’t know what they are talking about but whatever it is it must be very important.
After they are done they bade their goodbyes and we went back to our car and drove out.
We drove back to Mr Zaza’s house and Zaza told me to come very early tomorrow morning that we are going to Mr Jackson’s house.
I bade him goodbye and went to my car and drove off to my apartment, I know I have Zaza’s trust already.
Few minutes later I got down from my car and went to my apartment, as I reached the door I noticed something wrong.
I noticed someone has broke in, I put my ear to the door to hear from inside.
I didn’t hear anything, I looked around and I didn’t see anyone so I stance myself and ready for any attack.
I opened the door slowly and entered stealthily, I looked around the place and it’s still intact just like I left it.
Then someone came out of my bedroom and it turns out to be the lady from Mr Jackson house.
” What’s the meaning of this rubbish?” I asked.
” you tell me…….Mr Jackson didn’t trust you” she said.
” how is that supposed to be my problem, Mr Jackson don’t trust anyone” I said.
” there’s something strange about you” she said.
” enough with all this rubbish……..and tell me what you’re doing in my house” I said.
” to inspect the place…..to make sure you are who you are, and fortunately there are no skeletons in your cupboard ” she said.
” Well thanks for that……..Now get out” I said pointing to the door and she draw closer to me.
” I don’t trust a gentle face like yours” she said then I grabbed her neck.
” If I ever see you in my house again……you will regret it” I said as I held on tightly on her neck.
” You don’t know me” she said then grabbed my hand and twisted it backward and punched me on the face.
” I’ll kill you bitch” I said then charged at her.
I throw my punches at her which she dodged professionally then grabbed my hand and gave me two power punch on the face which sent me to the ground.
? ” Dmn, she’s good” I thought.
” C’mon lover boy, is that all you got?” she teased.
” c’mon don’t tell me you’re tired already ” she said then I charged at her again.
I got angry and charge back at her, I throw punches again and she dodged it again then she hit me hard.
I charged again and again and again giving it my all then she kicked me on the leg which made me lose balance then she gave me two hard punch which sent me to the ground.
” YIELD” she said as she straddle me grabbed my neck.
” YIELD ” she said again.
” To you?…..Never” I said then grabbed her hands and headbutted her which sent her to the ground.
I stood up and move towards her then she tried to kick me and I hold her leg and hit her hard on the face.
She stood up quickly and charged at me which I grabbed both her hand and neck at the same time and slam her down to the ground.
” YIELD” I said as I straddled her just like the way she did.
” YIELD” i said tightening my grip on her.
” Fine, Fine……….I surrender ” she said then I left her.
I went to the kitchen and make a cold tea for myself and came out to see her drinking water.
I drank the tea as I watched her trying to catch her breath then looked at me and nodded.
” Damn man, you’re crazily strong ” she said rubbing her neck.
” thanks for the compliment,….now tell me who you are cause I’ve definitely seen your face somewhere” I said.
” Colonel Martins didn’t tell me you’re this good” she said and I was surprised she knew the colonel.
” What are you talking about?” I asked then she bring out an ID card and showed it to me.
” I’m Agent Mackerel ” she said then I remembered why I face looks familiar.
” Of course you are……..is this another part of Mr Jackson’s test?” I asked.
” C’mon snap out of it already……I’m a spy his house, I already explained everything to colonel Martins ” she said.
” But the CO……. ” I was interrupted by my phone and I checked it and it turns out to be the colonel.
? ” Hello sir” I said immediately I picked.
? ” Blackbird,…i believe you’ve met agent mackerel ” he said.
? ” Yeah, but sir why now?………. Where was she all this while?” I asked.
? ” it’s okay blackbird, she explained everything to me and it’s in our best interest ” he said.
? ” so what does this mean now?” I asked.
? ” it means you get to come home early” he said.
? ” what do you mean Sir?” I asked.
? ” she already gave us all the Intel we need, your work is complete agent blackbird just one last thing which is to eliminate the target and destroy the business ” he said.
? ” Okay Sir, but can we trust her?” I asked.
? ” yes you can…….she will explain everything to you, you two need to work together ” he said.
? ” Copy that Sir ” I said.
? ” Good luck Blackbird ” he said the ended the call.
” so what’s it gonna be partner?” she said.
” F**k you”
