NEXT MORNING…
After getting ready for school, Sabrina strolled down the stairs and walked into the kitchen.
A smile spread itself on her face when the smell of waffles and lasagna reached her nostrils.
“Good morning, Rina.”her mother cooed, noticing her presence just as she poured the first patch of waffles on the plate.
“Morning.”Sabrina greeted back and her smile grew bigger when her mother slide a plate of waffles and lasagna on the countertop for her.
She muttered a quick ‘thanks’ before hurriedly chunking the delicious meal down her throat.
She m.oaned halfway, earning an impressive chuckle from her mother.
“And where is Austen? He’s supposed to drive you to school yet he doesn’t seems to have left his room.”mother spoke, supposedly directing the question of his whereabout at her.
She simply shrugged, pretending to be lost in her meal. She knew how her mother might develop a sudden heart attack when she sees the huge wound on her son’s face.
Had it been some other days, she wouldn’t even think twice before spluttering- ‘Mother, your dear son got into a fight last night and jumped into my window to get to his room so you wouldn’t know’.
She knew she’d only say that if she wants to stay at the hospital for the whole month.
That’s if Austen haven’t sliced a knife up her throat, and bury her six feets below the ground.
“I’m done.”she announced, putting the plate into the sink. She was about storming up to go drag Austen out of his room and straight to school when the blaring of a car’s horn was heard right outside.
Her phone went off in her head immediately and a message from an unknown flashed through the screen.
Unknown: It’s Luciano. I’m right outside to take you with me to school.
Before she could start giggling with excitement, the impatient horn came again.
“Bye mother, I’ve got another ride. And if Austen finally decide to get out of the room, tell him he should go to h’ll.”And with that, she flung open the front door and closing it behind her, she hopped down the porch and straight into the Limousine that was waiting outside.

“Ok. So why did you decide to pick me up?”Sabrina questioned while buckling her seatbelt as Luciano started driving them to school.
“Regarding what you told me yesterday, there’s something I want to tell you.”he replied and she found herself nodding with a little hesitance.
For the rest of the ride to school, the car was silent.

Roselia paced back and forth the school’s parking lot, her eyes glancing down at the wristwatch on her wrist every passing second.
It was crazy how she was the first person to arrive at the school today.
Just 6:30 and she already here. She wasn’t even an attendee of the school, yet she was here after all.
“It’s 8:21… When the hell is he coming?”she groaned, taking a stop.
A pink BMW raced her way and almost slammed into her, causing Roselia’s face to turn red with anger.
Anita climbed out of the car, closing her car’s door and stomping towards Roselia.
“Can’t you see you’re in my parking space?”Anita stopped before her, waggling her brows at Roselia, as she twirled her keys around her index finger sassily.
“Oh, piss off. Your presence stink so much that I might have to puke.”Roselia scoffed disbelievingly, shifting a little away from her and snicking a peek above Anita’s shoulder to look at the school’s gate.
Anita snickered in annoyance.
“Since am just seeing you for the first time, I had like it if you go back into the rusty corner you’ve been at for ages before I have to show you who I am.
Because mere looking your face, you look more or less a nerd just lifting her nose from the books it’s been buried in for a lifetime.”Anita spat, and as she catwalks away, she intentionally slammed shoulders with Anita
Roselia looked around the school and noticed they’ve gained a crowd.
Her face puffed with embrassment and knew she’s to do something so she couldn’t be their object of ridicule.
“Hey, Anita!”Roselia turned her and called.
