?? TWO HOURS LATER
Godiva walked back into her office but Raphael was fast asleep, his head on her desk..
She sat on her swivel chair and stared at his sleepy face for a while
” Heyyyyy!!!!” She screamed into his ears
He spranged up at once, falling to the ground in the process..
She seal her lips together trying hard not to laugh
” Why did you do that?” He scolded
” I didn’t bring you here so you can sleep.. it’s time to go home dummy.. ” She got her bag and started walking out of the office
” She’s insane… ” He muttered, heading out too.
They got to the parking lots and he entered the car leaving her outside
” Aren’t you getting the door for me? ” She asked
” The last time I checked, You not an handicap so I believe you can do that yourself.. ” He replied but she wouldn’t burge from where she stood
He started the car and she scoffed but to her surprise, he was already driving out of the parking lots
” Hey, are you ¢razy?” She shouted
The car came to an halt and he whined down the glass
” You prefer sleeping at work?” He asked loudly and She balled her fist firmly walking towards the car.. left with no choice, she opened the door and entered herself
” Stop expecting people to do things for you all the time” he said igniting the car again and driving out of the company ¢razily..

” What was the meaning of that?” Godiva scolded as they both alighted from the car
” I’m sorry boss, happy now? Can’t believe you made me spend the whole day doing nothing but staring at your ugly face, yuck” he said and walked into the house leaving her behind
She walked in seconds later, looking very angry as she proceeded to her room
” Why are they both angry?” Alora faced Vespertine
” No idea..” He replied staring at the door to Godiva’s room then at Raphael’s
He smiled broadly when a $illy idea popped up in his head
” I will be in my room.. ” he said and Alora nodded..
She resumed watching the tv while vespertine left for his room

” Gosh, we’re home finally.. can’t wait to see my babies tomorrow.. ” Larina smiled walking to the room with her husband while the maids carried their luggage
” I’ve missed them so much..” she muttered, smiling broadly

Godiva left her room momentarily to the fridge to get some water
She got a bottle of water and a glass and headed back to her room but to her surprise, the scent of perfume was everywhere in her room
The glass fell from her hand, shattering into pieces as she held her neck
She struggled to the cupboard where her syringes were kept but no single one was there..
” Who… Did this?” She muttered in tears, as she kept going through her drawer and wardrobe with the last energy in her
” Raphael..” Vespertine cried, banging on Raphael’s door
” Is everything okay?” He asked, opening the door
” It’s… Godiva,… She’s… dying..” he sobbed while Raphael rushed into her room and truly, she was already unconscious..
Everyone else in the Mansion was asleep already accept them
” Where’s her syringe?”
” I have no idea, I didn’t see it too ” Vespertine replied
” Crying won’t help, Let’s take her to the hospital.. ” Raphael suggested
” No we can’t, it might be too late before we get there… You need to save her please” he said
” What??”
” Please help my sister brother-in-law ” he said
Raphael shook his head at him, understanding what happened but not withstanding, he carried her to the bed
” Everyone in her family is crazy..” he muttered looking at Vespertine
” Stop risking your sister’s life, get some sleep ” he took him out of the room and shut the door at his face
He stared at Godiva on the bed and walked to her
” That dull kid. He’s risking his sister’s life Because he thinks I can help her heal?” He wondered staring at her lifeless body on her bed..
He got on the bed and cuddled her to himself not minding how swollen body

Godiva opened her eyes slowly only to see herself in Raphael’s arms, their faces very close to each other.. he looked so innocent that she felt pity for him remembering how he got cheated on
” I’ve told you to avoid body contact with me” She muttered inaudibly
She was still staring at him when the door burst open and Larina walked in, waking Raphael in the process
” Mom? ” She called and Larina’s eyes moved from her daughter to Raphael then to Raphael’s hands which were still around her daughter’s waist and she ( Larina ) gasped
” OMG!! ” She screamed at the top of her voice, fainting at the sight.
