The room was dark and quiet with two men on guard.
The door opened and two men in black walked in. One of them walked closer to Lissa and raised her head up
“I think I like this one” he said
The other chuckled
“She’s s*xy but untouchable” the other replied
“Any news from him??”
“No. He’s proving stubborn I guess”
“Then he’s ready to loss his girls. Look if he doesn’t reply by tomorrow the boss says one goes and the other follow”
The door opened and Liam walked in. The men bowed and left the room.
“Who do we have here?” Liam said
He walked closer to Emily and raised her chin up. He bent a little and kssed her l!ps. She glared at him and he smiled
“I’ve missed this” he said
“Oooh Lissa, you’re here too” he said
He walked to her wanting to touch her but she kicked him
“Ouch!” He laughed
“Never knew you’re still aggressive, too bad your dad left you to your fate” he said
“I miss your lousy mouth. Can’t you talk now?” He laughed again
Lissa tried freeing herself but it was impossible
“Chill girl. You are tied up with the best rope you could ever imagine” he said
She made to say something but couldn’t
“You want to say something? Don’t worry I will free your lousy mouth” he said
He walked closer to her and pulled off the cloth on her m0uth. She spat to his face
“What!!” He yelled
“Idi0t” she yelled
“Wow”
“If you think you win, then you lie. You are close to meeting your doom and listen carefully I will make sure you rot in jail” she said
He sl@pped her across the face and she spat out bl00d
“How dare you talk to me like that” he said angrily
He walked closer to Emily
“I know your weak point Lissa” he said and made to sl@p Emily
She forcefully drag herself from the chair
“You can slap me all you want. You can kill me if you want to but if you dare touch Emily. I will fking kill you” she yelled
“Hmmmmmm. I will kill you but not now” he said
“Of course you can’t. Because you’re weak, ” she said
He looked at her angrily
“Don’t dare me Lissa. Don’t”
“Do your worst Liam. Do your worst” she yelled
He made to slap Emily again but turned swiftly to Lissa. He punched her on her tummy. She felt a very sharp pain on her belly. She screamed.
She struggled to free herself from the chair because the pain was unbearable.
Emily tried to pull herself up from the chair
“You’ve lost your tongue?” He laughed
He squat beside Emily raising her head up. He pull the cloth from her mouth
“Tomorrow, I will be here with your dad’s document. All I need is for you to sign it” he said standing up
“As for you Lissa, you will be signing on behalf of your father” he laughed
“We are not going to sign any fking document” Lissa yelled in pains
“Tomorrow will tell darling. Tomorrow will” he answered walking away until his voice faded
“Lissa are you ok?” Emily asked
Lissa nodded slowly
“I’m afraid” Emily said
“Don’t be Emily. We will be out of here soon” she answered trying to console her
Although she’s afraid and feared if they will be out of here alive. She just have to console Emily and also trust Aidan to keep to his word. She couldn’t even tell Emily that it seems she’s bl.eeding
“Aidan. Just like you said I should stay safe that you’re coming. I am waiting patiently. If you’re hearing me now. My strength is failing. I really do feel strange. I am feeling p@ins below my abd0men. I think I’m bleeding too. The pain is so unbearable that I think I’m dying gradually. You have to come quick Aidan. You have to save Emily. Please” she thought
Aidan’s pov :
We were on our way home when I felt a force trying to break through my thoughts. The force was so strong, I couldn’t prevent it. The feeling was just like it was when Delvan has an important information he wants to pass.
It succeed in breaking into my thought
“Aidan” Delvan called
“Lissa passed a message to you. She couldn’t mind link you but I was able to get her message. Her voice will be the next you will hear. Bye bro” he said
“Aidan. Just like you said I should stay safe that you’re coming. I am waiting patiently. If you’re hearing me now. My strength is failing. I really do feel strange. I am feeling p@ins below my abd0men. I think I’m bl.eeding too. The pain is so unbearable that I think I’m dying gradually. You have to come quick Aidan. You have to save Emily. Please” I heard her say
Her voice was shaking. Her voice was feeble. I hit the steering angrily.
“Is anything the matter?”Mason asked
I couldn’t utter a word. I held the steering tightly. I was loosing control of my emotions.
” Aidan watch out” Mason yelled
I quickly turned the steering to the left to avoid hitting the truck in front. I brought the car to a halt, panting heavily
“Aidan you almost got us killed. You know what? I’m driving” he said angrily
I stood up from the driver seat and moved to the other seat. Mason took over the driving. Although drive home was quiet, I could feel the tension between us

We were seated on the couch. I told them about the message Lissa sent
“You mean Lissa is dying?” Mason asked
I nodded
“How could you say such a thing?” Delvan asked
“Ask him” Mason said
“Delvan, you should talk to your brother. He’s thinking too much. How did he get the message in the first place?” Mason said
“I passed the message across to him” Delvan answered
“Did she say she was dying?” Mason asked
“This is not the time to argue but to find solution” I yelled getting pissed up
“Chill man. We have to know how the message came about to know our next line of action. Remember Emily is there too” Mason yelled angrily
We were both hurting. Although Mason was able to control his emotion, I couldn’t get hold of mine. My life is incomplete without her.
I sigh
“The day you saw us together at the garden. I passed the Ovile leaf to her. This helps me know when she’s in trouble and also help her to talk to me. While I was coming home, I heard her whispers. It wasn’t clear because the message was meant for you. I couldn’t make sense out of it. That’s how I know she was trying to reach you” Delvan said.
I sighed
“What’s the plan. We need to act fast” I said
“I have the perfect plan. I tell you the plan, we start today and by tomorrow. They will be with us” Delvan laugh
“Stop laughing, just say the plan” I replied
He smiled
“The plan is………….””
