Next day *** Max’s school
“Max don’t engage in any fights, you can just report to your teachers okay?”, Finn asked as Max carried his things, ready to get off from the car.
“Okay?”, He asked sternly when Max didn’t give him an answer.
“Let’s see.”, He said and got down.
“Remember to report any case, don’t fight.”, Finn added and he just rolled his eyes.
“Let’s go.”, Finn said to the driver and the driver zoomed off.

Max got to class with his usual cold expression and settled in his seat.
He didn’t have any friends, his cold and rude attitude chased most of the people that wanted to be his friends and he didn’t give a f*ck.
“Hey I didn’t know that you are finally in school.”, One of his bully classmates said as he walked towards him with his friends.
“So? Should I write a note to you that I am in school already?”, Max replied rudely and they all turn to face them.
They knew that it was just another fight coming up.
“Jeez! You are rude.”, He said and Max smirked.
“That’s why you should pick a fight with someone of your level, someone you can understand with your slow working brain.”, Max replied and the whole class gasped.
“Dan you should just go to your seat, stop causing trouble.”, Rick said interrupting them.
“I never imagined someone without a mom to talk like this, your mom probably knew you would turn out this way, that was why she left you and your dad.”, Dan said and some people burst into laughter.
“Take that back.”, Max ordered but Dan wasn’t ready to answer him and in a twinkle of an eye, max landed a pvnch in Dan’s face causing him to cry out in great pain as bIood drop from his nose.
“That’s what you get for being so stupid and carelessly insulting my family.”, Max said proudly.
“Max you shouldn’t have done that, you will get into trouble.”, Rick said and max rolled his eyes.
“It is none of your business Rick, just mind your business while I mind mine, stop being so nosy.”, He replied and the teacher rushed in hearing someone cry.
“Max!!!”, The teacher called and Max just looked at the teacher not remorseful at all.
Infact he wanted to so much pvnch Dan till he would bIeed and not be recognized.
Another teacher came and rushed Dan to the school clinic while the first teacher just stared at Max.
“What happened between you two?”, The teacher asked.
“He was yearning for a punch and I gave him.”, He replied and the teacher shook her head in disbelief.
“What happened here class?”, She asked and as usual everyone kept quiet.
Max had warned them times without number that they should stay away from his business.
“We will see to see your dad tomorrow and he must come.”, They said and max just rolled his eyes.
“As if his dad would come”

Leo and kady left the house, Leo went to school and kady went to work, they had left Daria alone at home as usual sleeping.
Well she was very happy that she finally got a job, her boss Finn contacted her and told her to pack her things to his house and ask the driver to bring her to work from there.
She didn’t make any more attempt to convince Leo and kady, she wanted to shock them.
When she got to Finn’s house, she was wowed. She just suddenly wished that her parents were as rich as Max’s dad.
“Maybe I should marry Mr Finn to permanently live here.”, she thought.
“No … He’s married and live here with that stubborn kid? Never!!!”, She said taking that thought away immediately.
“I will be very focused and I won’t let myself fall for someone I can’t end up with.”, she reminded herself.
“Good day! You must be Daria? Mr Finn asked us to show you your room.”, A lady said politely and Daria smiled.
She loved the way she was being treated, no one has ever treated her in that manner and she liked it.
And a question suddenly came to her mind “Why do they need a nanny when there is one already?”
When she got to her room, she couldn’t stop smiling. She quickly brought out her phone and took a picture, she was going to show Leo and kady.
When she was done unpacking, the driver took her to the company and Daria felt so honoured.
When she got to the office, Finn’s manager showed her around and explained the things that she was expected to know as his secretary.
Daria looked forward to seeing Finn but she was told that he was very busy and wouldn’t be able to see him for now.

Daria’s telephone rand and she picked it immediately.
“To my office, I want to talk to you.”, He said and hang up immediately.
“He didn’t even ask if how I am?”, She said as she head to his office not that far from hers.
“Daria pick max from school and head home from there, I don’t want max to bother coming here. I will be extremely busy today.”, He said and Daria nodded.
“I will go now.”, She said and bowed.
“Wow is that the nanny you talking about?”, Oliver asked immediately Daria left.
“Yeah, what do you think of her?”, He asked removing his gaze from the laptop to look at Oliver.
“She’s beautiful, I like her already.”, He said and Finn glared at him.
“That’s not how I meant the question, do you think she can handle Max?”, He asked and Oliver shrugged.
“I hope you don’t like her or plan on having feelings for her cos I like her already.”, Oliver said and Finn rolled his eyes.
“She’s my employee, it will be irresponsible if me to date an employee and besides I don’t have time.”, He replied.
“Promise me that you won’t like her, I don’t want us to like the same girl.”, He said.
“I’m not after girls.”, Finn replied.
“Just promise me before I fall deeper”, he said and Finn promised.

“We meet again kid!!!”, Daria said with a mischievous smile as she saw max coming with a big frown.
“Why did you have to show your ugly face here? Gosh! This is so embarrassing.”, He said as he walked towards them.
“Get used to my face kid!”, She replied and max was about to say something when someone quickly rush to the car before they zoom off.
“Miss are you Max’s mom?”, The teacher asked and Daria looked at max.
“No she’s my …!”
“Yes I am his mom.”, She replied and Mac gasped.
“No she’s…!”
“He hasn’t accepted me as his step mom yet.”, Daria quickly added.
“We want you in our office now.”, The teacher said.
