Chapter Twenty
Erica had her warm bath and walked out the room all dressed. She sat on the dinning table and ate the meal Calvin ordered for her.
“Why is it so much?” She asked.
“You aren’t well. You have to eat a lot” Calvin replied.
“Well, I don’t like chicken and beef. I only like beef” she said as she pushed the plates away and Calvin furrowed his eyebrows.
“Just like my brother. He doesn’t eat vegetables also”
“Gross. Vegetables are for animals” Erica showed a face of disgust.
“We need to hurry” Josh said.
Erica nodded and started eating quickly. She pleaded with everyone to join her and they did.
They all joined her but there was still some leftovers. They kept it and head out of the house.
They got into their various cars and went to the hospital.
“Aren’t we supposed to go to the station?”
“Yes, but the bIood test from ten years ago is at the hospital” Josh replied.
They all fell silent and continued the drive.

Barbie went to the company. She was fully dressed and she came mainly for some show off.
“Hello ma’am” the receptionist greeted as she walked pass her counter.
Barbie just adjusted her sunglasses and walked away.
The employees focused their gaze at her as she went away.

Kelvin was in his office, doing all the work his younger brother supposed to be doing before Barbie barged into his room.
“Why are you here Barb?” He asked, even without raising his head.
“How the fk do you know I was the one?” She asked and sat opposite him and folded her legs, exposing her laps.
“It’s only you that didn’t learn what they call manners” he said rudely.
Barbie shot her mouth wide open.
“What the… Are you insulting me?” She asked.
“Next time you barge into my office without any notice, I’ll make sure to get the security guards to throw you out!” He said.
“Fine, I’m sorry. Where’s Calvin? He isn’t in his office” she said.
“I have no idea” he said.
“But he’s your twin brother…”
“Leave!” He quickly said.
Barbie stood up and stormed out of the office.
Kelvin went back to his computer. He stared at his phone, wanting to call him brother but he procrastinated it.

Ava sat outside the test Lab. She was tired of listening to Olivia’s complain about Erica.
“You won’t understand what I’m going through”
“I’ve listened to you already but it’s not her fault that she’s easily loved. You are just being jealous of her” Ava said.
“I admit that I’m jealous of that bch but I almost lost my job because of her” Olivia said, almost crying.
Ava sighed.
“I have to go now. Erica needs me” she said and disconnected the call.
“Erica! Erica! Erica!!!” Olivia yelled and threw her phone on her bed.

“As you can see, there are some particles in the bIood. Those particles are the po!son. I’ve been doing this research for years and I’ve examined the p®ison. It’s a po!son that will kll the victim slowly”
“What type of p®ison is that?’ Erica asked.
“It’s a silver poison. It would slowly eat up your organs then you’ll d!e in pain” he concluded.
“Silver poison?” Erica murmured. She lowered her gaze, trying to think where she has seen or heard about that name before.
“Do you have any idea who must have been poisoning your parents?” Calvin asked Erica who was deep in thoughts.
“There was more of the poison in the male bIood” he added again.
“Aunt Winnie!” Erica snapped out of the thought.
“I should have known that good for nothing creature is responsible for klling my parents!!” George said, almost yelling.
Josh brought out his walkie talkie and pushed a button.
“This is detective Josh, we need back up. The criminal has been found!”

Winnie was in her house, fixing her nails when George kicked the door open. She quickly sprung up.
“You are under arrest Mrs Winnie for the murder of Mr and Mrs Bruno”
Erica just walked pass her and went into aunt Winnie’s bathroom. She opened the glass and brought out a huge container. She opened it and saw that it was filled with ¢ocaine.
She took it to the sitting room where they were.
“And for taking hard drugs”
“No, don’t touch that” Winnie almost yelled.
“You have no right to say anything no for anything you say would be used against you in the court of law!” Josh said and handcuffed her.
“I didn’t kll my sister!” She yelled.
Erica turned the cocaine container upside down. The cocaine poured on the floor and a smaller bottle fell out.
She bent and picked it up.
She couldn’t open it. Calvin took from her and opened it.
He poured the powder into his palm and saw that it was silver in color.
“Take her away!” Erica said with a teary voice. She couldn’t believe that her aunt would kll her own parents.
She squatted and cried into her bandaged palm.
George helped her up.
“You shouldn’t cry. You should be happy that mom and dad’s kller has been caught. That’s why I never trusted her at all”

They all left the house and went to the station. Josh needed to interrogate her before putting her behind bars.
Winnie just sat on her chair staring at Josh and Calvin with frustration and confusion. She remembered Calvin’s face. The one she saw in the commercials.
“Why did you try to harm Erica by putting a bag filled with broken glass on her desk?”
“Am I too childish to do that?” She asked and rolled her eyes.
Josh and Calvin stared at each other.
“Where were you during the hours of 6pm-7am yesterday?”
“I was at home. I have my own kids to take care of” Winnie replied.
Josh closed the file and drew his chair closer to the table that was between them.
“Now tell me, why were you trying to kll Erica’s parent?” He asked in a gentle voice.
Winnie sighed.
“I admit that I was trying to kll them. Well, that was a long time ago but Erica kept on saving them”
“What do you mean my saving them?” Calvin asked.
She scoffed and wiped her nose with the back of her hands.
“I see you have no idea who Erica is…” She said.
“Go straight to the point woman!!” Josh yelled.
“She has an ability, a special ability that whatever she dreamt of would definitely come to pass” she said.
“What is that?” Calvin furrowed his eyebrows.
“I’ve been trying to kll my younger sister and her stupid husband because I was jealous of them. She had everything she needed. A perfect husband, beautiful children and also, some riches.
They were saving everything up for their children but when I saw that nothing would be in my name, I tried everything to kill them but it was impossible. That ¢razy bch always show up!”
“Continue…” Josh said.
“It happened that night when they were going to Mr Bruno’s boss’s wedding anniversary. He wanted to make sure he was in attendance as his personal secretary.
Erica has seen her parents having an accident in her dream. She tried to stop them but they didn’t listen. After she went to bed, they left the house alive and came back dead” she explained.
“We need to find out who he was working for and also interrogate him” Josh said.
“Where are their properties?” Calvin asked Winnie.
“I sold everything” she replied.
“You are very ¢ruel! Make sure she doesn’t get out of jail” he said and left.
Josh started finding more about Erica’s father background. They’ve all believed that Winnie is the culprit already. They just needed more proof

Calvin went to the company.
As he entered into his office, his brother followed him behind.
“Argh, I’m so tired!” Be groaned in pain as he sat on his chair.
Kelvin placed some documents on his table.
“You are welcome” he said and turned to leave.
“You should say hello to my assistant. She got into an accident because of me”
“Why should I see her? I’m not the boss of her” he said, turning to stare at his brother’s face.
“I know you aren’t but you should be nice for once”
Kelvin scoffed and left Calvin’s office.
He stood outside the office for some minutes. He was thinking if he should go into his office or listen to his brother.
He sighed and walked towards the elevator.

“I need to go to the Cafe now. I’m on a nightshift since I’ve been with you almost all the whole day”
Erica nodded.
“Thank you Ava. You’ve been so good to me” she said.
“You should be happy that your parents murderer has been caught. Besides, you are like a sister to me. I’ll continue helping you. I have to get going now. I’ll be back before evening” she said and left.
“Bye!” Erica yelled and walked towards the kitchen.

Ava held her bag tight. She saw as someone pulled over in front of the house and alight from the car.
“Hey Calvin!!!” She said and raised her hand up, wanting to give him a high-five.
He neglected her and walked into the house. He didn’t even spare her a glare.
“That’s weird. I never said anything bad to him” she murmured.
“…yes, but he is a twin. The second one is so cold…” She remembered Erica’s word.
“Oh my… What’s the Calvin’s cold hot brother doing here?” She gasped.
