CHAPTER TWENTY
Gabriela POV
He opened the door for me and then I climbed down the car. Sebastian motion me to hold his hand and that’s what I did.
And like that we entered walked down the red carpet with cameras taking as much pictures of us. I saw some reporters who made to come to us but they were stopped by Sebastian bodyguard.
I looked at him and said…
“Never knew you were that wanted”
He looked at me in confusion and I motion to him some girls who were drooling over him.
He looked back at me and said…
“As long as love me, I have no need for them”
He pecked my cheek and I blushed. Luckily I was wearing a mask no one could see me blush. I want Daniela to be the first person that’ll see it…
We walked in and he left me to some of his business partners and we began discussing….

Daniela POV
I smiled and waved my hands at those who greeted me, today is just perfect.
Suddenly I saw the famous Sebastian Sherman entering with a lady beside him.
I couldn’t see her face as she was wearing a mask, why is she wearing a mask and why is she wearing the exact replica of my gown, the only difference is the color…
I shrugged the feeling away and I smiled as I saw Jayden coming to me. How I love him so much….
He the red spoke…
“Ready for your speech?”
I nodded and then held his hand as he guided me in the light spot.
He released my hand and some one handed me a microphone…

Gabriela POV
As we finished our discussion with business partners, we sat down on a table and ordered some drinks.
We were discussing while laughing when I heard someone speak on the microphone…
“Attention everyone!!”
I turned and I saw Daniela on stage with a mic on her hands. She was smiling charmingly. I hissed loudly as she continued…
“I want to thank everyone of you,, for coming to my party…This party wouldn’t have being successful without you guys… And on this day, I can proudly say that I am officially an adult (chuckles lightly). I also want to take this opportunity to invite you all to the my wedding which will take place this Sunday”
Everyone began clapping. I clapped along with a glare. She then continued…
“Also you all know that I’m not the only one having a birthday today,,, My sister Gabriela who was wrongly accused of murder and died too, today was supposed to be her day too. I loved her so much, if only I can turn back time to be with her I will. Please let us applaud in memory of her”
They all began clapping their hands as she wiped away those her crocodile tears…I could hold it in any longer…I spat out in anger….
“Oh please, would you wipe those your stupid tears and get out of my face?”
Everyone stopped clapping and turned to me. Daniela said…
“What did you just say?”
I looked at Sebastian worried look and smiled assuringly then I stood up and walked to where Daniela was.
I stood infront of her as she said…
“How dare you mock at me when I’m paying homage to my sister?”
I laughed and shook my head. Then I took the other microphone and said…
“Homage,,,oh please. You should have gone for acting instead of modeling. You really can pretend!”
I clapped my hands at her and the crowd were staring at me as if I’ve gone mad…
I brought the microphone to my lips and said….
“I’ve always wanted to say this to your face,,,How can you break my trust for this.”
I said while pointing at Jayden…
“Not only did you break my trust but you also stoop so low that you had to offer your body to that man wh©re over there”
I saw as Jayden marched angrily towards me and said…
“Watch your mouth,,or else”
“Or else what? huh? You’re gonna rappe me? Oh come on,,, there’s no difference between you and the dog!!”
He got angry and lifted his hand to $lap me but someone caught his hand midway. I saw it was Sebastian…
“Don’t you dare raise a finger at her again or else”
I smiled and said…
“Thanks baby”
I looked back at Daniela and Jayden…I continued…
“Let me cut it short….”
I untied my mask and let it fall, I looked at the surprised look on their face…
“Did you miss me Dany?”
“Ga,,,Gabriela”
“In person”
I whispered in her ears such that it was only her who heard it….
“For your information I’m also Nicole Flores.”
Her eyes widened more. I then turned to the crowd and said…
“Good evening everyone as you all can see, I’m not dead they was a fire that broke in prison and Sebastian,,,I mean Mr Sherman here saved me. I disguised as Nicole Flores and with that I was able to clear my name.”
They all clapped and I looked back at Jayden and Daniela and I then said…
“Goodbye for now”
I blew a kss at them and then I turned at Sebastian. He was smiling, obviously proud of me…
I pecked his lips and the whole crowd cheered more. Finally, I won’t be hiding anymore…
I looked at my parents and they had tears in their eyes. I walked down the stage with Sebastian beside me.
I walked up to my parents and I stood in front of them…Mom said with shaky hands…
“Ga,,Gabriela. Is that you?”
I nodded with a smile…
“Yes, it’s me mom. Do you still hate me?”
She made to go down to her knees but I held her firmly…
“I’m sorry Gabriela,,I know I don’t deserve to be a mom talk less of you calling me mom. It was at that moment that you needed us the most but look at what we did,,, we abandoned you. I’m sorry my daughter, please find it in your heart to forgive us”
I wiped away her tears and said…
“I forgive you mom. Please don’t go down to your knees. I understand you may have being mad at me”
She looked at me and took me into her arms. I turned and looked at dad. I went and hugged him then said…
“I forgive you too dad”
He said…
“Will you also find it in your heart to forgive Daniela?”
“I’ve forgiven her dad, but I need to teach her a lesson that jealous and envy isn’t right. You know she learns with the hard way”
He nodded and looked at Sebastian. He walked up to him and hit his back playfully…
“Thanks for saving our precious pearl, we owe you one”
“I’ll do anything for her sir”
“Call me dad”
“Okay,,dad”
Sebastian lend me his hand, I took it and we went to the dance floor.
We danced happily with each other listening to our heart beat. I then said…
“When will you give me my gift?”
“I think now is the best place”
He released me and said…
“Attention everyone”
The music stopped and everyone turned to us…I looked at him confusedly…
He then said…
“I want you all to know that I love this woman, ever since the first day I saw her she filled my mind, soul and heart. I would do anything just to see her smiled even if it means climbing mount everest, I’ll do it without hesitation”
I smiled a little embarrassed by the stares I received….
“Ever since you said those three magical words to me, not a single day passes by without me imagining ourselves at a beach with our little twins running around the house”
I laughed at his words… He then said
“I want all these people present here to witness how deep I fell for you. I have nothing else to say but these words.”
My heart began beating fast as I saw him go down on one knee. He brought out a small red box and opened it. Tears began flowing as I saw what it was…

With that he claimed my lips into a loving kss as the crowd cheered for us….
