Michael’s POV

I sat down waiting for a response from my dad and also worried for the damage he will cause.

I have no doubt he will get something because he have his ways, it’s just that his ways are unorthodox.

Wherever he goes death follows because he believes that every bad person has to be killed.

His method are evil and brutal, I can only imagine what will happen at the club but whatever it is it won’t be nice.

Soon after Pete came in with a patch on his head then I remembered what my father did to him.

” What happened to you?” I asked feigning ignorance and acting surprised.

” I don’t know man….”

“…..I was heading to the power source outside then someone grabbed me and hit my head against the wall” he said.

” What!!….who?” I asked.

” I don’t know, I just woke few minutes earlier and found myself in the bathroom” he said.

” Who could that be?” I asked.

” I didn’t see the person but he’s damn strong and fast……… I’m going to find who did that” he replied.

” Maybe one of the guys are pulling a prank on you” I said diverting his thoughts.

” That’s what I thought at first but who would do something as crazy as that in that moment” he replied.

” Sorry about that man” I said which I truly mean.

” It’s alright man” he replied.

” So what was the cause of the blackout earlier and the system malfunctioning?” I asked.

” Nothing actually, everything is working perfectly now” he replied.

” Good, you should be heading home it’s getting late already…. you’re not on night duty” I said.

” Nah, not tonight” he replied and I furrowed my brow.

” Why?” I asked.

” I and some other agents decided to stay back here to help find that Peruzad,”

” we are requesting more information from the headquarters and also from other branches” he replied.

” Even the deputy chief is here as well” he added.

” Thanks Man, I really appreciate you doing this for me” I said then we started hearing murmuring again.

” Oh c’mon not again” Pete groaned.

” System failure again?” I said then the murmur turned to shouts.

” Hold on, let me check it out” Pete said then run off.

” Ughh, this man won’t stop causing more trouble…..I can’t believe this man is my father” I groan.

The shout and scream continue then suddenly I started hearing gunshots at the agency.

” What!……. that’s definitely not my father” I muttered to myself.

I bring out the key my father gave me earlier then unchained myself with it then went to unlock the cell.

The shooting continues and it’s like a war in there then as I was heading out I saw a strange guy holding a gun.

Immediately he saw me he aimed his gun at me then I ran to cover then he started shooting at me.

‘ Peruzad’

I picked up a stick and throw it at him which he dodged and also gave me an advantage to draw closer to him.

Before he could shoot again I grabbed his hand then head-butted him before collecting the gun from him.

I shot him in the head and went down dead then I saw two more coming and I fire at them as well.

” God, these people are everywhere” I said as I proceed to the agency where the shooting is still going on.

I saw some men on the way which I shoot down immediately and when I got to the agency.

I saw them exchanging fire with the agents and I joined them and started shooting at them.

We killed few more of them before the rest ran away and I pursue after them.

They drove off and I continue shooting at them until I ran out of bullets but they got away.

I went back inside and my heart sank with what I see, there are dead agents laying on the ground.

Some were injured as well and I tried to help them then I heard someone coughing and I turned.

I saw the person laying on the ground covered in his own bl.ood and coughing out bl.ood.

I stood up to help him and recognize him because he was with me a while ago.

” OhmyGod Pete” I shouted then ran to him.

” Someone call the ambulance” I screamed and tried to help him stop the bl.eeding.

He was shot on the neck and he’s bleeding badly and unable to say anything.

” Calm down buddy, calm down okay”

” You will be alright, just stay calm” I replied then noticed his breathing get heavier by the second.

” No no, calm down, calm” I said then he stopped breathing and tears dropped from my face.

” I’m sorry buddy” I muttered.

” Sir, Sir, are you okay Sir?.” I heard the remaining agents said then I went to check it out.

I saw the deputy chief also bleeding from the leg, he’s been shot as well.

” Are you okay Sir?” I asked.

” I’ll be fine, tell me we got those bastards” deputy chief said.

” It’s more like they got us” one of the Agents answered.

” Sir, the criminal agent Rolland brought in was also killed in his cell” the agent informed and I was taken by surprise.

” What!!” I shouted.

” Now we have no lead…..who the hell is this Peruzad and did he know about all these?” deputy chief said.

” This Peruzad has cost us so much and I promise I’ll find him and when I do, I’ll make him pay” I said.

Soon after the ambulance arrived and took care of the fallen agents and also the injured ones.

My badged and gun were returned back to me and I felt bad for what happened here today.

I remembered what my father said earlier that whatever happens next is on me because I fail to take action.

For some reason I feel like I’m to be blamed for what happened here today and I won’t let it happen again.

” Mike” I heard a familiar voice and I turned only to see Lara.

” Lara?…..what the hell are you doing here?” I asked surprised then pulled her to a corner.

” We heard you were arrested and I came to see you if there’s a way we can help you” she said.

” You don’t have to come here, you’re in danger as well….this is not a good time to be around here” I said.

” What happened here?” She asked as she saw the mess.

” What do you think?” I replied rhetorically.

” Peruzad?…..who the he.ll is this guy?” She asked.

” No one knows but I promise you……I’ll find this guy, he just killed my friends and other agents” I said and tears dropped.

” I’m so sorry Mike” she said.

” You can’t be around here or around me for Now, I’ll contact you when the time is right…….”

“….. but right now you need to stay away from me because that’s the best way to keep you safe” I said.

” I understand, please take care of yourself Mike” she said hugging.

” I will, and tell the guys no wandering around until all this is over…… don’t worry about me, I’ll be fine” I said.

” Okay….be safe” she replied then entered her car and drove off.

UNKNOWN ENEMY: Episode 11 – 20

Desmond’s POV

Immediately I left the club I put a call to the police department and report a dead scene at the club.

I knew with that the place will be shut down preventing any activity going on and of course the bodies will be found.

Then I remembered what the guy I tortured said about attacking the agency tonight, so I put a call through to my son.

? ” Hello Dad” he said sounding somehow weird.

? ” A little birdie told me there’s going to be an attack at the agency” I said.

? ” Actually there was” he replied.

? ” Already happened?” I asked.

? ” Yeah, some of the Agents were injured and some killed including my friend, the guy you laid unconscious at the restroom”

? ” OhmyGod, I’m so sorry about that” I said.

? ” It’s not time for sympathy…..tell me you got something from the club because I’m ready to take down this guys” he said.

? ” They don’t know much but what I was able to know was that Peruzad is at the agency” I said.

? ” Seriously?” He said not surprised.

? ” yeah but you don’t sound surprise” I said.

? ” Yeah, the thought cross my mind as well but how do I fish out the bastard?” He asked.

? ” Let’s meet at my hotel….. I’ll send you the address” I said.

? ” Okay Dad” he replied then ended the call.

Immediately the call ended I noticed something vibrating from my pocket and I bring it out.

It was the phone I took from the good guy I tortured and a message came in from a private number which says ” IS THE JOB DONE?”

‘ hmmm, nice ‘

I replied him back and type ‘ YES ‘ then a minute later I received another and it says ” MEET AT THE CONDO IN 15 MINUTES”

I really don’t know where the CONDO is but I can’t let him know that so I replied ‘ OKAY’.

I started asking people around if they know anyplace called the condo but nobody knows the place.

I stopped a taxi and asked the driver if he knows the place.

” Oh, the condo?…..yes…. people has been going there since morning” the driver replied.

” Take me there now……and drive fast” I said then he drove away.

So about five minutes later he arrived at the place which looks like a carnival going on which was filled with people dancing.

‘ how am I going to find this bastard?” I muttered then get out after paying the driver.

I checked my time and see that I have three minutes left and I started looking around for anyone looking suspicious.

I search around until I spotted a car at the far end with a man standing outside the car who looks like a bodyguard.

The man was looking around probably looking for me then I tried to get closer as possible.
