The plane landed in Manchester in England and we got down, there’s a car waiting to pick us outside the lobby.
We went to the car and the driver helped put our things in the trunk then entered the car and he drove off.
A while later the car pulled into a building and parked the car, I assume this is the place then we both got down.
The driver came out of the car and put down our things and I watched as the girl walk into the house.
” Have a nice day sir” the driver said.
” Yeah, you too thanks” I replied then the driver drove out of the building.
I looked around the house to make sure there aren’t no sign of intrusion then I went to lock the gate.
I saw the bags on the ground including the girl’s bag and I chuckled then picked mine alone and entered the house.
I entered the house and see her sitting on the couch and speaking with her friends on the phone.
She turned and saw me carrying just my bags and she looks surprised and she dropped the phone.
” Please hold on” she said the cut the call.
” Where are my things?” She asked.
” It’s outside, I think forgot to bring them in” I said then went up the stairs.
” Heyy, you’re supposed to bring it in……. that’s your job in this house” she yelled angrily.
” No you’re wrong, I’m your bodyguard not your slave so if I were you I’d go out there and bring the bags in” I replied.
” You’re crazy” she said.
” Maybe I am, listen……there are lots of things that’s going to change in this house for the next two weeks”
” First, you have to be responsible for yourself because no one is going to help you do anything”
” Secondly, If you are having any help over in the house, maybe a cleaner or a maid all of it will have to stop”
” You got to be kidding me” she exclaimed in surprise.
” I’m not because any of those people could be use to get into the house and I can’t let that happen”
” Thirdly, these are your routines for the next two weeks, from home to school and from school back home..”
“…that’s it, no extracurricular activities…..and that’s how it’s going to be from now on” I stated.
” You must be out of your mind, you have eventually got crazy….. I’m never going to let you do that”
” You’re just an ordinary bodyguard, you have no right to do that, you work for my father so automatically you work for me as well”
” I expect you to obey everything I say” she said.
” Let’s get one thing straight……I don’t work for your father infact I’m doing your father a favor”
” He came to me asking to help keep you safe and in other to do that, you have to abide by the rules” I said.
” Never, not a million times…. I’m reporting you to my dad right now” she said then pick up her phone.
” I’m going to get rid of you” she said then dialled her father’s number.
? ” Hello Dad” she said glaring at me angrily.
? ” Dad, we are here already but that’s not the reason I called”
? ” The man you asked to protect me is the problem dad, he has completely gone crazy ”
? ” I don’t want him, I don’t care if you send me another person but I just don’t want this guy” she said.
? ” You have to listen dad, this man is going to make my life a living hell, he’s practically putting me on house arrest” she complained.
? “I just don’t want him Dad” she said then came to me.
” My dad wants to talk to you” she said then hand the phone over to me.
? ” Hello Sir” I said.
? ” Agent Hawk, My daughter explained what going on to me” he said.
? ” I’m just doing my job Sir” I replied.
? ” I understand and I really appreciate that, but can you please take it a bit easy with her” he said.
? ” Sir, you asked me to help keep her safe at all cost which is exactly what I’m doing” I replied.
? ” This is how I do things and if my ways are uncomfortable then by all means please choose someone else” I added.
? ” No, it’s okay……. you can go ahead, I’ll explain everything to her…..give the phone back to her” he said.
” Take the phone” I said giving her the phone.
? ” Yes Dad”
? ” But Daaadd”
? ” He’s making me a prisoner in my own house” she said.
? ” This is unfair dad…..so unfair” she said then ended the call.
” Happy Now?……. Now go take your bag inside” I said then went to the guest room.
” I HATE YOU” I heard her screamed.

A while later I came out of the room and went set up CCTV around the building and also a security alert system.
I ran a test to confirm if all the gadget are working and they are then I retreated back to my room.
I was in the kitchen making something for myself to eat when she came in furrowing her brow.
” Since you made it one of the rule not to allow my cook to come over, what am I going to eat?” She asked.
” There’s alot of food in the house….. you can cook anyone you want” I replied.
” You expect me to cook?” She asked frowning in disgust.
” Why do you made it sound bad?” I asked.
” That’s because it is….. I’m not from a poor background like you…..our maid are expected to do all these” she said with pride.
” And what makes you think I’m from a poor background?……. I’m certain my father is richer than yours”
” Despite that I still cook and do other stuff by myself…..so what are you saying?” I said.
” If your father is as rich as you claimed then why are you doing a slave work?” She said.
” Being an agent is not a slave work, My being agent is not for the money but to protect my country” I replied.
” Whatever, so what am I supposed to eat?” She asked.
” Like I said there’s food in the house…..you can cook or I can help you make this” I said pointing to my food.
” What!, I’d rather order outside than to let you make my food” she said.
” Perhaps, I’m wasn’t clear enough…..all the food you’re to eat for the next two weeks must be made here” I said.
” Are you kidding me?……do you wish for me to be as tiny and skinny as you?….do you wish me dead?”
” I’m ordering whether you like it or not and there’s nothing you can do about it” she said turning to go.
” Don’t dare me Lolita, I mean it” I said firmly and she saw the seriousness on my face.
” You’re overdoing your Job in this house, you’re supposed to be a security not to make me your servant” she said.
” You’re not my father”
” My job is to protect you which is exactly what I’m doing, I’m sorry for trying to keep you safe” I replied.
” I don’t need you to keep me safe, you being around me is the reason I’m in trouble in the first place”
” Just obey everything I say for the next two weeks and you’ll be fine” I replied.
” Why are you doing this to me?…… This is unfair” she replied weeping then ran into her room.
” Crazy Spoilt brat” I muttered then continue eating.

I was waiting in the parlour for come out so we could head over to the school together and she’s taking forever to come out.
A while later she came out and we head out together and entered the car not saying a word to each other.
I ignited the car and drove off.

A while later we arrived at the school and I parked at a safe spot then she came down and went ahead.
I hurried out of the car and follow her.
” LOLY” I heard two girls screaming her name as they ran to her.
” Step back……both of you” I stopped them and they stared at me weirdly.
” What’s wrong with you?, They are my friends, you can’t deny me of that too” she said then went to hug them.
” Who is he?” One of the girl asked looking at me.
” He’s my annoying new bodyguard and my worst nightmare” she replied glaring at me.
” We heard what happened in SA, are you alright?” They asked.
” I’m fine, thanks to this annoying je.rk who came to my rescue” she answered.
” He saved you and you’re being rude to him?, That’s too much even for you” one of the girl said then turned to me.
” Hi, my name is Becky and this is Leah…we are Lily’s friends……..what’s your name?” Becky asked.
” Nice to meet you too girls” I replied ignoring their question then turned to Lolita.
” According to your time table your exam starts in the next five minutes so let’s get going now” I said sternly.
” C’mon girls, if we stay here any longer he possesse the ability to drive you Crazy” she said and they continue walking.
” The exams duration is one hour and I expect you to be out by exactly an hour later….”
” Or else I’m coming inside to get you out” I informed Immediately we reached the examination hall.
” Don’t you get tired?…. you’re a man for crying out loud” she scoffed then went inside.
I stood at the entrance of the hall for an hour and students started coming out one after the other.
I waited for a while and I was about going on when I see her coming out with her friends.
” I’m hungry” she complained.
” C’mon, you’ll eat when we get home” I replied.
” No no no, there’s nothing to eat at home…..I didn’t eat anything last night even this morning” she said.
” It’s your choice not mine” I said.
” Look, I’m sorry okay……I know I’ve been rude to you all these while….so I’m sorry” she apologized.
” Let’s just eat at a restaurant, besides you’ll be there too……. I’m not going anywhere” she replied.
” Fine let’s go but don’t do anything crazy” I warned.
” I won’t” she replied then we entered the car and took them to the restaurant.

When they are done eating we left the restaurant and i dropped her friends at their house.
Soon after we reached home and went inside.
” Thank you” she said then she went to her room.
This became our everyday routine for the next two weeks and she obeys everything I say just like she promised.
She and I are getting along as the day pass and I adjusted the rules a bit since she’s been on a good behavior for the past two weeks.
I allowed her to have her friends over to the house and she can also order for food as long as she act nice.
I was in my room just after we arrived home my phone started ringing and it turned out to be my friend Tony.
? ” Heyy man, wassup”
? ” Mikey, we have a problem” I heard Lara’s voice.
? ” Lara?……. what’s going on?” I asked.
? ” The guys and I are on our way to a program when we were being attacked my some people” she said.
? ” What!”
? ” I don’t know who they are but they were shooting at us, Tony and Derrick got hit” she said.
? ” What!…..are they alright?” I asked.
? ” It’s not that bad, I can’t take them to the hospital so I’m treating them at a secure location” she said.
? ” That’s good Lara, now listen to me…… don’t leave the hideout okay…..stay there”
? ” I’ll be home in few days” I added.
? ” Okay but who these people and why are they after us?” She said.
? ” If my guess is right….I think it’s Peruzad” I said.
? ” That’s what I thought as well but how did he find us?, Except if he’s coming after you” she said.
? ” I think so” I replied.
? ” He knows you’re getting closer to him Mike, he knows who you are and probably everything about you” she said.
? ” Be careful, Mikey” I heard Tony’s voice in background.
? ” Just stay safe guys, I’ll find out who this guy is……take care of them Lara” I said.
? ” I will” she replied then ended the call.

” Who the Fk are you, PERUZAD?”
