Michael’s POV

{Next Day}
.
Mike and Lolita are both dressed and ready to leave with their bags ready then the doorbell rings.
Lolita went to checked it out and it turned out to be her friends who dressed conservatively this time around.
” Hi girls” she said and went to hug them them urshed them in.
” They came to accompany me to the airport” Lolita said turning to Mike then he went closer to them.
” I’m sorry girls, what I said yesterday was too much…..I shouldn’t have said that much….I’m sorry” he apologized.
” It’s okay” they replied then he embraced them.
” Alright, let’s go” Mike said then they load their things in the booth and they entered and he drove off.

” Can we go to the restaurant and eat” Lolita said at halfway to the airport.
” We are almost at the airport, you will eat on the plane” he replied.
” But my friends won’t be there, that was our plan yesterday to have fun together but you disrupt that”
” Just one more breakfast with them before going back to Nigeria, besides this is a good opportunity for you to make up for what you did yesterday” Lolita said.
” You this girl……ggrrrh” he grumbled.
” Twenty minutes and that’s it” he accepted.
” Thanks” they said smiling then he pulled into the nearest restaurant and parked.

They came down and went inside then they ordered there food while Mike sat down and looking around.
Soon after the waiter came back with their food and they started eating.
” Won’t you eat?” Lolita asked.
” Just hurry up and eat” he said and they continue eating and soon after they are done eating.
” Now let’s go” he said as he stood up.
” Hold on, I want to make use of the restroom” she said.
” Me too” they girls said.
” Seriously?, Now?”
” Yes, c’mon girls” she said and they went together while Mike went to foot the bill.

He waited for five minutes and he didn’t see any of them coming out then he figures something is wrong.
He went to the restroom and barged into the ladies room the ladies inside screamed when they saw him.
He paid no attention to any of them as he searched the entire restroom but he saw no trace of them.
” Sh*t” he yelled then ran out of the restroom then dialled Lolita’s number.
? ” Sorry Mike” she said immediately she picked up.
? ” What kind of game are you playing?…..where the hell are you?” He asked.
? ” We are fine, the girls and I are going to check out some things, I knew if I tell you, you wouldn’t let us” she said.
? ” Seriously?, So all the talk in the car was a plot for you to run away?”
? “…Quit this game you’re playing and Tell me exactly where you are right now” he demanded.
Mike quickly went inside the car and put a trace on the call.
? ” I can’t tell you Mike but give us thirty minutes we will meet you at the restaurant…..wait for us” she said then ended the call.
? ” Hello…..Hello” he said then noticed it has been disconnected but he already got her position.
He ignited the car and drove off.

The girls were running and laughing on the road, so engrossed in their discussion andnot noticing some men following them.
” I can’t believe we did that” Leah said laughing.
” Yeah, he’s just too smart, what a weird guy” Lolita said then she stopped when she noticed something.
” What’s wrong?” Becky asked.
” Hold on girls, something is wrong” she said and starting looking around.
” Why are we the only ladies walking on the street?……do you notice those men staring at us?’ she asked.
” Who are they?” Leah asked.
” I don’t know and I think we have to run” Lolita said and they started running.
Immediately they started running the men also ran after them.
” Why are they after us?” Becky screamed in fear as the men are getting closer to them.
” Call Mike, hurry up” Leah suggested then she dialled Mike’s number but then her phone slipped off her hand.
” Forget it, let’s keep running” Becky said as they continue running them a car parked in front of them.
” Get in now” Mike said as he came out of the car and the girls rushed inside the he started shooting at the men.
The men also pulled out their guns and started shooting back but Mike easily take them down.
He went to one of them who is still breathing then grabbed his head.
” Let me guess, Peruzad sent you” Mike said and the guy started laughing.
” Peruzad is coming for you too” the guy said then Mike pointed the gun at him.
” Tell me who he is and what he wants” he demanded.
” Nobody knows, But Peruzad knows everything……he’s the clairvoyant” he said then Mike hit him again.
” Tell me who he is and……” He was distracted as he saw more men coming towards them.
” Sht” he mumbled then ran back to the car and drove off.

When he was almost at the airport he dropped the two girls.
” Both of you, go home NOW” he said then they ran off.
” I’m sorry” Lolita apologized.
” Really?, I can’t believe you’ll pull that stunt…..you think this is a joke?”
” I’m trying desperately to save your life here, and you don’t even value that life”
” You still think this is happening because you have a bodyguard?….your life is in danger” he said angrily.
” I’m sorry” she apologized again.
” Let’s just get home” he said as they arrived at the airport then they grabbed their things and head inside.
A plane is already in waiting for them and after loading up their things the plane took off.

{Hours Later}
.
The plane landed at the airport and we got out, take our things and head outside the airport.
We are waiting outside the airport expecting from the senator but we see no car and then I knew something is wrong.
” I tried reaching my Dad but it’s not reachable?” Lolita said as she dialled the number again.
” C’mon, something is not right……we have to get out of here” I said also noticing no cab or shuttle around.
” Stay right beside me” I said then led her away from the airport.

As we are walking away I saw some group of me sitting down and I caught them staring at us.
” When I say run……You run okay?” I said and she nodded frighteningly as I watched the men who are not on their feet.
” RUN” I shouted and she started running and I ran after her and so also the men.
I pulled out my gun and started firing at them and they fires back as well and I saw a bus which stopped to drop passengers.
” Run, catch that bus” I said to her and she ran to the car with me running after her.
Then suddenly a car drove very fast and I saw someone pulling out a gun from the car and aim at Lolita.
Before I could reached her she was hit twice and she fell down.
” NOooooooo”
