“Did you find her?” Scarlet rushed to the two cops as they came in.
“I’m sorry, ma’am, but I don’t think she’s on these premises,” one of the cops replied.
“How is that possible? You were supposed to search the entire building! How did she disappear under your noses?” Jay roared, charging towards one of them. Ray quickly pulled him back.
“Dmn it!” he spat angrily, running his fingers through his hair madly.
“Jayden, calm down. We’re going to find her,” Annabelle soothed him.
“How can I calm down? I should have been with her. I shouldn’t have left her. She…she told me she was scared, Mother. What do I do now…?”
“My goodness, dear…” Annabel pulled him into her arms as he wept.
“We suspect the fire was just a distraction. The lights were also intentionally messed with…she must have been taken during the chaos,” the first cop said.
“One of our undercover officers has also disappeared, so we suspect he may have been working together with the perpetrator.”
“The officers are already patrolling the area…don’t worry, Mr. and Mrs. Thompson, we’re going to find her soon. We promise you that.”
“Thank you, officers. Please find my daughter,” Scarlet said, while Ray shook their hands.
“We’ll take our leave now,” the cops patted Jay, who was still hugging Annabel.
“Don’t worry, boy…I promise to get her back,” he assured him before leaving.

NEXT DAY.
Even though it was the weekend, Jayden rushed to school, hoping to find any information.
He couldn’t sleep overnight, imagining what Kim might be going through.
He couldn’t stop blaming himself. She had never wanted the party, but he had forced it on her. Now she had been taken away to God knows where.
He sighed disappointedly as he rummaged through his locker and couldn’t find any notes or letters.
“Dmn!” He slumped against the locker, dabbing his face as he wept silently.
“Kim…” he sobbed.

DAYS LATER.
It was as if they had disappeared from the face of the Earth. The cops couldn’t find any clues as to where they could be, and their investigation had been going in circles.
Jay, on the other hand, had become something else. He didn’t eat regularly or get enough sleep. He didn’t talk much and always preferred to be alone. He rarely stayed in class too.
Every minute, he checked his locker for the letter, but he never found one. That was the only reason he went to school, but it seemed the stalker was determined to punish him.
“What do we do now? I’m really scared,” Onda sighed dejectedly.
“I don’t know either…the cops have no clue as to where she could be, and Jay is literally going crazy right now,” Jade said.
“Who could have done this? Who?” Onda lamented.
“You heard…a psycho obsessed with him,” Agnes chimed in.
“Who could this psycho be? Where could Kiki be…I’m so worried to death. Is she even okay right now?” Onda couldn’t help but cry, while Jade pulled her into his arms.
“I feel so sorry for Jay…he’s probably the one suffering the most among us here,” Jade muttered.
Jay sat at the amphitheater, staring into space. Diego suddenly appeared and stood before him. Jay looked up to see him and then looked away.
“Hey…why are you just sitting here? I heard all this is because of you,” Diego paused and He was lifted up by his shirt.
“She was taken all because of a scvmbag like you!” Diego lashed out at his face. Jay did nothing and only snickered, which obviously aggravated Diego.
“What? You’re laughing! You’re laughing, you dkhead!” He gave him a heavy pvnch to the face. Jay went down immediately but continued laughing. Diego went down with him, sitting on him.
“You are a bstard! A freaking bstard!” Diego seethed as he continued to pvnch him in the face.
BI.ood started dripping down his nose, and his lips were also burst.
“You freaking animal!” Diego gave him one last punch before releasing him. He stood up, breathing heavily.
“Pathetic,” he muttered, leaving him. Jay sat up, looking miserable.
