When I walked into the party hall,the paparazzi throwed so many confusing questions at me like if I’m a twin sister of Jeffrey Remirez’s sister.
Luckily I was through the paparazzi with the help of Mr Santos.
Welcome Iris. Mr Santos said smiling as we walked forward. We got to Jeffrey and immediately he saw me he was shocked.
Joan. He uttered staring at me and a girl answered,I turned to her direction and the power went off.
Guards! What’s going on here,why did the power go off? Mr Santos yelled and everyone turned on their touches.
Sorry sir,we will check on that sir. The guards chipped in and left
Thanks for attending our party Iris. Jeffrey said politely
You’re welcome but I need to go home now because I just arrived at the Philippines tonight so I need some rest. I said
Thanks again. Mr Santos said and I left.

The party was over and everyone went to their various houses.
But since the mayor’s daughter came Pamela became sad. Why do I have the feeling it has something to do with the mayor’s daughter.
Pamela. I called as I entered her room but she was sobbing.
Pamela why are you crying? I asked as I sat next to her on her bed.
When I saw Iris Lozado,I felt a strong bond between us and she looks like Joan. She said
Indeed she has a striking resemblance with my goddaughter but how possible is it for two people with different people have same face. I said confused
Yes exactly. The nurse told me that the other twin died right. You were a witness to that right. She said sobbing
Yes and there’s no possibility that Iris Lozado is your other twin baby because you were in the prophines then and the mayor and his wife were here in Manila,just get it off your mind maybe Joan has a look alike. I said smiling
But look alikes aren’t seen that easily here in the Philippines. She said
Pamela! I called staring at her.
OK fine,I will get it off my mind. She concurred

When I got home,I went to my room and called for my nanny grandma Susan.
After freshing up,I bounced on my bed. I took the TV remote about to turn the TV on when grandma Susan came in and collected the remote from my hand.
No Iris. No watching of TV tonight. She instructed
But grandma Susan,I feel like watching the TV tonight. I said and took my phone to go through the internet a little. Grandma Susan took the phone as well.
Iris you need to have some rest. No interneting or watching of TV tonight. She ordered
OK fine but grandma Susan am really curious about something. When I attended Jeffrey Remirez’s party the mass media asked me confusing questions like if I was a twin sister of Jeffrey’s sister and the worse part was when I walked to Jeffrey he called me Joan. I said frustratedly
Are you been serious? Did anything happen again? She asked curiously
Nanny you’re curious too right. When Jeffrey called me Joan a girl answered and the surprising part was that she has same voice as me.
I was about turning to her direction when the power went off. Isn’t it shocking that a party been held for the vice president of Santos estate would have such an issue of power going off. I said confused

I was seated at the dinning table in my room watching Iris and grandma Susan on my laptop because I placed an CCTV camera in her room so I would listen to all her conversations with anyone.
Am doing this to protect you Iris. I have no idea why you rushed back to the Philippines,you should have stayed in the states a little longer. I thought
I also find it suspicious. Have your phone I also want to have a look at what Joan looks like. Grandma Susan said handing Iris back her phone.
Grandma Susan why did you have to give her the phone. I muttered out frustratedly
I picked up my phone and called Iris
Hello Daddy. She said smiling over the phone
Sweetie are you not asleep yet? I asked pretending to be curious
No Daddy but I will go to bed now. She said
Okay sweetie,you have to get some rest because you’re flying back to the states tomorrow. Your mum wants you back. I lied.

Hello love we’ve arrived already. Mum said over the phone.
Are you been serious mum? I asked excitedly
Yes my love, we’re at the airport. Mum said
Okay mum, I will come pick you guys up. I said smiling and hung up.
I was driving to the airport when Joan called.
Hello babe. I said after picking up
Aaron I wanna see you right now. She said sounding serious
Joan am driving Right now but where are we meeting up? I asked
Am coming to your house,you will see there in 15minutes. She said and hung up.
Aaron what to do? What to do… I will go to Joan then send the driver to the airport. I muttered in my mind and reversed the car.

**** JOANNA ****
On my way to the kitchen to get myself drinking water,I heard pempem’s discussion with mum about my resemblance with the mayor’s daughter. I stopped to eavesdrop.
Joan what’s up with you lately… Eavesdropping to people’s conversation is bad but I found myself doing such lately or is it because am becoming doubtful of everything or something isn’t right somewhere. I thought and called Aaron to confide in him.
I rushed to the car garage without looking at the car,I entered and zoomed off.
On my way to Aaron’s house,I stepped on the brakes to reduce my speed but it wasn’t working and suddenly I lost control of the car and ran into the bush and hit a big tree, hurting my head by the steering and everything went blank…

**** JEFFREY ****
I walked to Emily’s room to surprise her but when I came in she was putting on a $eductive nightie which was exposing all her ¢urves,with the fact that the gown was transparent she was looking so sxy. Being a responsible guy does it really matter in a situation like this. Why do I have the feeling she did this because she knew I was coming.
I hugged her from behind as my hand went round her waist.
Jeffrey and surprises. She said smiling as she turned around placing her hands round my shoulders.
I love to make surprises but I feel you already knew I was coming. I said softly as I grabbed her closer to me ,we can both feel our breath and heartbeat.
I missed you so much Jeff. Emily said looking straight into my eyes.
I missed you more. I said smiling and placed my lips on hers, she opened up making the kss more intimate.
Wait a minute. She said smiling as she broke the kss and went to her door then locked it, placing a no disturb sign at the door before locking it. She came back to me.
I stood up and placed her on the b ed gently.
Are you sure you’re ready for this? I asked with my heart beating so fast.
I’ve never been this ready my whole life. She said with a smile.
