Dylan stood up immediately, Garfield taking the hint, cleared his throat and addressed the reporters about the end of interview which they all hesitantly adhered to, it’s not like they could do anything about it, they were lucky enough to have been given the chance to even ask Dylan questions about his personal life.

With these thoughts in their mind, they all wrapped up their press equipments and happily walked out of the hall in two’s and three’s in a heated discussion about what they’ve just learnt

Dylan and Garfield got into the black SUV car parked outside the hall

Sitting back in the passengers seat, Dylan closed his eyes as he rested his head backwards with his legs crossed

Garfield observed his boss through the rearview mirror as he sat in the driver’s seat

“Umm Boss, I don’t know if this is the right time but I want to let you know about something”
He said fidgeting and nervous

“Go on Garf”
Dylan spoke without opening his eyes

“Well, it’s about your sister, Leah…..umm We…I mean I….”

“You both are in love and in a relationship, tell me something I Don’t know Garf”

Garfield’s eyes almost popped out in shock and surprise

“You-you know about us?
He asked unable to comprehend what was going on

Dylan sighed
“I know everything Garf, I was just giving you time to know if you’ll keep it a secret but you didn’t and that means you love her so go on with your love life”
He said lazily

Garfield nearly squealed in happiness but maintained serenity
Only God knows how he was jumping inside of him

“Thanks boss, thank you”
He said

Dylan opened his eyes and stared at Garfield’s back view, who was obviously grinning from mouth to mouth

“Since when did you start harbouring feelings for Leah?
He asked to be sure

Garfield smiled and without thinking, he opened his mouth
“Since the very first day I set my eyes in her, love at first sight, didn’t know it existed till I met her, she was little and couldn’t possibly have noticed me and….”

“Enough, I didn’t ask for a Love story book Garf”
Dylan uttered passively

“Yes boss”
Garfield nodded

“And Garf…. stop having self depreciation, you’re doing well, you’re my assistant, do you know what it means?

It means after my position, it’s yours, so have some self confidence…..we grew up together after all”
Dylan adviced with a smile

If Garfield was a girl, he was sure he would have cried at Dylan’s words

His admiration for Dylan rose more.
