“Is the offer still on?
Ariana asked Vanessa
Raising her brows, Vanessa smirked
“Always open, seems you want to get rid of her so badly?
Ariana clenched her fist
She wouldn’t be herself, not until she sees Georgia suffer
“I’ll tell you something that would be easy to get her and it’s up to you to execute the plan”
Ariana said
“Go on”
Vanessa nodded
“Georgia lost her mom for quite a long time now and every year, she goes to her grave to keep flowers”
Vanessa frowned in confusion
“So how’s that suppose to help the plan?
She asked
Ariana chuckled
“Now this is the best part, her mom’s death anniversary comes up in the next three days, I give you the address and particular time, you arrange an accident that would kll her instantly”
Vanessa’s eyes widened as she assessed the plan
“You’re truly an evil lady, what a great plan, wow!!! Cheers to our success in advance”
Vanessa squeeled, raising her glass up towards Ariana
Grinning as well, Ariana raised her glass to click glasses with Vanessa
“Cheers”
She said and they sip up wine

“Ma’am, umm…some merchants are still contacting our company about the business offer we planned with Mr Meyer, they are interested in it”
Rose informed Georgia in her office
Georgia froze at that name
There wouldn’t be any more business like that as Mr Meyer doesn’t exist anymore
Georgia thought
“Cancel the platform, there wouldn’t be such offer anymore”
She ordered
Rose was slightly taken aback but schooled her expression
“Will do ma’am”
“and… ma’am, someone is downstairs, requesting an audience with you”
Rose added
“Who?
“Mr Sterling ma’am”
Rose fidgeted in nervousness as she said the name, she knew her boss and her father aren’t in good terms with each other
Georgia was surprised, no doubt
Her father? here to see her?
What does he want this time?
Seeing her boss’s dark face, Rose panicked
“I’ll tell them not to let him in immediately and…..”
“Let him in”
Rose widened her eyes and nodded
“Yes ma’am”
On her way to the first floor, Rose met Kreme coming up with a polythene bag that she guessed to contain a lunch box
“Did boss ask you to allow that man in?
Kreme asked Rose, his face was marred with a frown
It took a while for Rose to understand he was referring to Georgia’s dad as ‘ that man ‘
She nodded
“what? ah….Y-Yes she did”.
She stammered incoherently
Kreme was always stiff and cold making Rose to be wary of him anytime around him
She only acknowledges and admire him because of the way he protects their boss and coupled with the fact that he’s handsome and tall
Kreme nodded and didn’t say a word, walked past her
Rose turned around
“Where’s my own lunch?
She asked loudly for him to hear
Kreme stopped walking
“I don’t run errands for short girls”
Kreme spat without looking back and continued walking till he got into the lift
Rose glared at him and stomped her foot
Short?!
He dared call her short?!!
It’s his entire family that’s short!!
