Martin’s Pov:
“What the fvck is going on? First it was the new girl then your girlfriend” Lucas shouted.
“I really don’t know why I feel this way but I really want to know why all this is going on” I cried out.
“You know you should hurry to the hospital to see your girlfriend” Idris suggested.
“Yes I mean it’s been long her friends called to inform you that she’s in the emergency room” Lucas said.
“Yes I know but…” I stuttered.
“But what? You should be running out of the house to go see her” Idris chipped in.
“I know I should rush off to the hospital but I need to see…I need to…I need to find out how she’s doing” I stammered.
“How she’s doing? Isn’t that what we are talking about? We should go check her up” Lucas cut in sharply.
“It’s not Kim I want to go see first” I opened up.
“Excuse me! What are you talking about?” Idris asked confused.
“Who else is in the hospital if not your girlfriend Kimberly?” Lucas scoffed.
“Come on guys…what about the new girl I mean she’s in the hospital too” I started.
They exchanged glances at each other before turning to me.
“What?” They chorused.
“What do you mean by what?” I looked away.
“Wait… You are so anxious to see the new girl instead of your girlfriend?” Lucas stared at me in disbelief.
“That’s not what I mean…. What am saying is that I heard the new girl was badly wounded and…” I tried to explain.
“I knew it… I knew you are falling for that new girl” Idris burst into laughter.
I didn’t say a word all I did was back them.
Actually for the past few days I have been worried myself.
I have been thinking of how to reach her cos I don’t know the particular hospital where she was taken.
I don’t know why I feel so concerned about what happened to her.
I know I shouldn’t care I mean she got exactly what she deserved but I don’t understand myself anymore.
I keep worrying and worrying about her when I shouldn’t.
“Isn’t this confusing?” Idris scoffed.
“Very confusing” Lucas added.

Aliyah’s Pov:
“Congratulations ma’am! The surgery was successful” The doctor announced.
I quickly jumped up in so much excitement.
“Doctor you mean my daughter is now ok?’ I asked as tears of joy ran down my face.
“Yes ma’am… It was successful” The doctor smiled at me as I hugged her tightly in excitement.
“Thank you so much doctor” i said as I disengaged the hug.
My excitement knew no bound and I felt like jumping up so high.
Finally my baby girl will be beautiful like she used to be.
“Dora my daughter is going to be beautiful again” I turned to Dora who was dancing in excitement.
“Am so happy…. After so many weeks she’s finally going back to being the Arya I used to know” Dora rejoiced.
“This is surely the happiest day of my life” I continued to cry.
We walked into the ward.
I don’t know if you guys can tell how I feel right now.
To think that finally my child will be discharged and she will be ok.
I can’t wait for her to be beautiful again….

I rushed into the ward where my Arya was lying on the bed.
“Baby girl” I called out as she held my fingers.
Her face was still covered with plasters.
They will be removed once the wounds heals properly according to the doctor.
“Mommy” she managed to call me with her tiny voice.
“Oh my goodness baby am so happy you made it” I pecked her hand.
“Am so happy too mommy! I prayed to God to let me be with you again” She sounded so emotional.
“Awwwn.. you are such a darling Arya!” Dora said.
“Aunt I missed you” She said as Dora patted her hair.
To God be the glory… The surgery is finally done and it’s successful.
“I need to inform your uncle Leo about this” I said as we shared a laugh.

Arthur’s Pov:
I walked out of the eatery with my car keys in my hand.
It has been so tough here is Nuevas….
I mean I can’t wait to go back to Capetown after this long business trip.
I walked straight to the garage to find out that someone parked a car behind mine.
Obstructing me from driving out of the eatery.
“Who the fk could have done this?” I got so annoyed.
Worst still I didn’t get to see anyone standing right beside the car.
I was about to get the attention of the security guard when I heard someone coming.
“Are you serious? You mean Arya’s surgery was successful?” The man said.
“Who the hell does he think he is? Am here waiting impatiently and there he is walking majestically and taking a call?” I thought inwardly.
“Hey…. Will you move this car?” I shouted as he quickly disconnected the call and turned to me.
“Wh….what?” He stared at me like he was shocked.
“What are you staring at me for? Get this dmned car outta here” I banged my fist on the car.
“Oh…so…sorry” He stuttered still looking surprised as he got into his car.
What the fk is wrong with him?
Is he an imbe¢ile or something?
I walked straight to my car and hopped in as I drove after him.
Some people can be really unbelievable.

Leo’s Pov:
I was still on call when the man tapped me and I turned to him..
I freaked out immediately I saw him.
I have never been so shocked and surprised……
I could recognize him cos I’ve seen a picture of him in Aliyah’s wallet the other time.
I drove off and he speeded out of the compound.
Aliyah was right… She actually saw him.
But what is he doing here since she said she saw him at Capetown.
I was so disturbed…..
That’s Aliyah’s daughter’s father…..

I grabbed the bottle of rhum and drank it crazily as I belched noisily.
This shouldn’t be happening….
He shouldn’t come back into their lives not right now that am falling for everything.
I can’t let this happen not when I still have breath in me.
No one can take Aliyah away from me!
I drank again directly from the bottle.
Aliyah is MINE AND MINE ALONE…….
