Episode 24.
Mpho got into the room and met Anastasia in a sorrowful state,
“Hey! What the h.ell is going on with you this days? Are you going to share or not! Mpho shouted angrily.
“Ermm….ermmm… Please forgive me, there’s something you need to know, Anastasia said getting up with her face soaked with tears.
“Exactly what I need to know, now speak up, he said.
“Please don’t tell the cops I beg you, my kids are still very young, She said and Mpho slowly dropped the football he went to play with his friends and cleaned his sweaty face with a towel.
“What did you do Anastasia? You better speak up now! He shouted but she started to cry.
“Am sorry I….I… Cheated on you but I didn’t mean to, she said and Mpho smirked.
“Is that it? Like i don’t know about that, he said and Unhanged the towel on his neck and Anastasia eyes bulged out.
“You knew? She asked.
“The guy you do meet after work huh? Is that who you are worried about? Look I knew about it after you first brought up that discussion of me starving you. I knew there is no smoke without fire, so I followed you twice to confirm why you actually brought up that topic. Have your fun and know there is always a return match in case my time comes, Mpho said but Anastasia cried and sat on the floor, and Mpho looked at her not understanding anything at all.
“He’s dead, she finally said.
“You mean your side cock is dead? How come? He asked.
“I did, I killed him, she replied and Mpho went backwards.
“You did what? He whispered in shock.
“He wanted exposing our affairs to you after he asked Me to pay a huge sum of money I couldn’t meet up. I was scared of what you’ll do when you get to find out, so I had to meet him at home today to explain why I couldn’t get the money but he got angry and wanted to kill me.
We struggled so much and I saw a knife on the table, he was actually slicing some fruits to make a salad before I entered. He almost killed me and I had to defend myself am so sorry, she said and Mpho leaned on the wall looking at her.
“So in summary, you stabbed him? He asked.
“He left me with no choice, he almost strangled me to death Mpho, then I remembered my kids and knew I have to live for them. Who knows where he would have dumped my body, please forgive me, she said in tears and Mpho slowly left the room saying nothing.
“Please Mpho help me! She shouted and laid on the floor in tears.
Mpho drove to a bar drinking all by himself till he lost his senses. A young lady sexily dressed approached him,
“Hello handsome, need some fun? She asked touching him but he shook his head taking her hands away.
“Common your wife won’t know about this, she insisted when she saw the ring on his finger.
“She is useless! He said.
“Wow calm down okay, then am here to be useful if you’ll stop resisting me. I know of a very good place we can stay, she said winking at him and he dizzyingly followed her…………….
Bobby friends kept calling his number but he wasn’t picking up, they decided to drive down to his place that night.
Arriving his place they heard a scream inside and saw a young lady rushing out of the house.
One of them quickly came out of the car and held her as she wanted escaping,
“Please please I didn’t do it I swear, she said shaking.
“You didn’t do what? he asked but she was only pointing at the door and they dragged her inside to meet Bobby in his pool of bl00d.
One of them stepped closer and checked his pulse to see he’s dead already,
“Who did this? They asked the girl.
“No I didn’t I swear, I just got in now and found him this way, she said.
“And you want us to believe you! One of them shouted on her
“I swear! I can’t even kill a fly please believe me, she said in tears as she looked at them scared.
“Run and don’t look back! A heavy voice said and she took to her heels.
“Bobby, why did you let a woman leg do this to you? You fucked up mhen! I can’t believe its you sleeping this way like a fked sht! One of them angrily shouted so pained.
“Shit can’t be fucked you know, but who the hell did this? Another asked.
“How are we suppose to know when he began to distance himself from us and practically followed ladies, another replied.
“Are you sure its a woman? Will you believe a woman can kill Bobby? Common he’s too good for that, another said and the guy who checked his pulse saw the scratch on his face.
“Well it will interest you to know a woman actually did this, who else scratches people face in a fight? He asked getting up from his body and they took a look.
“A woman? Wow then the Sampson story in the Bible wasn’t false then, one of them said.
“Too bad, let’s clear this mess quickly before it rots. he killed himself anyway and he should be ashamed of himself, the Pained guy said.
“I will love it if you treat him with a little respect, no matter what has happened let’s not forget he was our man and we love him, the guy with the heavy voice said they all shook their heads in pity looking at him, and one of them closed Bobby opened eyes.
“What are we going to do with the lady who did this? Someone asked.
“When we have no idea of who did it first, how will we revenge? The guy with the heavy voice replied.
“Luckily for us its dark, i think its the best time to take his body out, someone said.
“Thats right, he cant be kept till dawn, I mean there’s no need for that. Let’s carry him out, another replied and two guys carried Bobby outside to the car.
“Hey guys, dig a grave, we are heading back, they made a call to their base.
“Owkkkk, he changed his pattern, so we can’t assessed his phone to know who actually did this, one of them said trying out different patterns on his phone and heaved.
“Case closed then, the driver said……………..
Its past 10pm already and Anastasia kept calling Mpho number but he wasn’t answering.
Dite was totally lost and Anastasia refused telling her anything as she kept crying, pacing round the house and checking the news.
“Can you please call your brother?maybe he can take your call, Anastasia said and Dite confusedly dialed his number but it was switched off.
“Its switch off, can you please tell me what’s going on? Dite asked.
“No okay! No just leave me alone! Get out! Anastasia shouted that Dite shook and ran to her room……….
By 4a.m Mpho woke up and found out what just happened, he shook his head and threw the blanket from his body away and the lady woke up,
“Hey you’re up already? she asked cleaning her eyes but he was busy wearing his trousers.
“What’s your pay? He asked without looking at her.
“You just sound rude you know? She replied and he looked at her, “really? you should be grateful with my tone with you, all thanks to your seduction I just slept with a prostitute for the first time. Did you expect a congratulations? Mpho asked.
“You shouldn’t be mad at me after all i didn’t force you, it was willingly. And all thanks to your useless wife for bringing you my way, just like you for the first time i enjoyed it despite me doing it to make a living, she said and he shook his head.
“Spare me the drama and take your pay, that should be enough for the night and I don’t want to see your face ever again! He shouted throwing some notes to her and walked out while she smiled looking at him.
“Am not sure about that Mpho, she said as she looked at the details she stole from him while he was asleep………….
