I drive as fast as I can and in about thirty five minutes am outside the building Lisa is at.
George has been trying to call me on my way here, which is very strange since we haven’t seen or talked to each other in more four months now!
I wonder what he wants?!
Maybe he heard about the wedding and is calling to throw a tantrum but anyway ,I didn’t answer , since I was driving and in a hurry. But whatever it is can wait till am done with Lisa.
When I get to the apartment,the door in unlocked. I slightly push it open and walk in. I find Lisa lying on the sofa, facing up, and groaning in pain. I rush over to her and kneel beside her.
Her belly is pretty much visible now, since she’s six months pregnant.
” Thank God you are here, ” she say almost breathlessly.” I wasn’t sure you’d come. ”
“Stop talking nonsense! How are you doing now? ” I ask.
” The bleeding seems to have minimized but am still in so much pain!” she says trying to sit up but I hold her down.
” Don’t try to get up, the ambulance will be here soon.”
” What? You called for an ambulance? ” she asked kind of shocked.
” Of course I did! ” I say narrowing my brows at her. ” That was the first thing you should have done before calling me, and what are you even doing here? The doctor said you shouldn’t be moving around too much, remember? ”
” So the ambulance is on its way right now? ” she asks nervously, ignoring my question.
” Yes it is. ”
” Am sorry but I lied Alex.. Nothing is wrong with me or the baby. I just missed you and wanted to see you so badly!” She says sitting up, while I try to take in what she just said.
” Are you serious right now?! ” I ask staring sharply at her in disbelief. ” What is wrong with you?!
” Am sorry…., ” she says grabbing my hand, but I pull it away from her.” Everything am about to do is all for our own good ,” she continues and before I even understand what she just said,two huge muscular men,walk in dragging George with them, followed by Stacy and Merghan.
George is uncouncious.
What the hell is going on here?!
” Stacy!… What the hell have you done to George?” and.. What’s happening, ” i ask as i watch the two guys drop George on the floor.
” Don’t worry.. Your friend, or should I say ex friend, will be fine, ” she says walking towards. ” He’s just uncouncious.. Anyways, did you miss me? ”
” Miss you?! I already forgot that you even existed Stacy !” I say with a smirk ” If you girls are done with whatever shit you are planning, I’ll leave now, ” I say walking towards the door.
” Okay.. ” Stacy says. “You can leave if you want, no one will stop you, but the second you step foot out that door, the only person who won’t be existing, is your Vee, ” she says making me turn to look at her.
” What are you talking about?” i ask walking over to her angrily. ” I swear if you dare hurt Vee, I will kill you right here, right now, and I mean it Stacy! ”
” No one has to die Alex.. If you do as we tell you,”Lisa says and I glare at her.
The nerve of this girl! She’s lucky she’s pregnant or I would have slapped some sense into her!
I still can’t believe that she used the baby to get me here? Mum was so right, there’s no way am letting her keep my baby after its born. It’s more than clear, she’s not fit enough to be anyone’s mother!
” That will never happen, Lisa!” I say turning to leave.
” Okay.. But befor you leave, I think there’s something you should know ,” Merghan says.
” And what could that be Merghan? ” I ask raising a brow.
” Watch this, ” She says showing me a video on her phone,and what I see makes my heart stop for a while. The video shows two men roaming around my house, and one if them is already in my back yard.
” What’s going on here? What are they doing? “I ask my voice full of fear.
“The question should be, what they are planning to do, ” Stacy says a stupid grin on her face. “It’s almost funny how you and that Vee girl, thought you could live happily, while all of us are busy suffering out here! You know I’ll never let that happen!” she yells like a mad person
” Anyway, I’ll tell you what is going on here, ” she continues. “After you threw me out of the house like a dog, and left me penniless,i had to find a way to survive. There’s no way i was going to look for a job,since that’s so not my thing, and the only way i was going to survive was buy finding myself a sponsor, which was so easy by the way, because no one can ever says no to me ! Anyway..after I heard that you were about to marry violet, I looked for George and Lisa, so we can plan on how to stop the wedding. ”
” So George is in this with you?! ” I ask in disbelief.
” Well.. Yes and No,” Merghan says. ” You see.. George was in on breaking you guys apart, but he didn’t like the plan. He kind of still cares about the two of you, and he didn’t want any of you to be at any kind of risk, but there was no other way. We found out that he tried to call and warn you, and that’s why we knocked him uncouncious. We can’t let him ruin the plan. ”
So that’s why he kept on calling!
” We’ve been ready to execute our plans for a while now, and we were waiting for the right moment , ” Stacy continues pacing back and forth.” We had someone follow you around and today he informed us that no one was in the house, expect for you and Vee. We were desperate to execute our plan before the wedding and we couldn’t loose this chance.All we needed was for you to leave the house and come to us. ”
” Yes, and that’s why I called and lied to you. Now Vee is all alone and vulnerable with no one to protect her. It would be so easy for us to get rid of her but we are not that heartless, and that’s why we are giving you a chance to save her. ”
” You girls have completely lost it! ” I say looking at them. I don’t know if they can tell but am completely scared for Vee! I was so stupid to fall into Lisa trap once again, and now vee is in danger all because of my recklessness! ” Anyway.. How much do you want? You know I’d give you everything I have for Vee. ”
” Awww.. That’s so romantic, but we don’t want your money,” Stacy says. ” All I want is for you to make love to me, and then we’ll record it and send it to Vee. See how easy it is.. ”
” That will never happen! ”
” Oh, it will Alex! but before that.. You’ll have to call and tell her that you realised you are still in love with Stacy and it’s over between the two of you. You’ll have to break her heart completely Alex.. And make it believable! “Merghan says.
” If you don’t do it, my men will walk in your house and take turns raping your Vee as you watch helplessly. I already know that her uncle raped her when she was young, and if it happens again, it’ll completely tear her apart. We won’t even have to kill her because she’ll end up doing it herself!” Stacy says and I completely loose my cool.
“I’ll never let you do that, you crazy bch! ” I say furiously as I grab her by the neck and $trangle her. ” I’ll kill you first!”
” Stop it! Merghan yells as the two men, point their gun at me. ” If you kill her, You’ll never see Vee again, and I mean it!”
I let go of her, pushing her roughly to the ground ,and watch in satisfaction as she coughs, gasping for air.
I want to kill her so bad! But I can’t risk Vees life ,and am sure this bches are not bluffing!
” You better make up your mind already before something happens to your fiancee, ” Lisa says angrily standing up. ” Her life is in your hands.”
” How could you do this to her Lisa? This is so wicked even for you! “I say.
” It’s because I love you and if I can’t have you she won’t either! ” she says how voice full of hatred. ” But before anything you have to call and the hospital and tell them that everything is okay now, and we won’t be needing the ambulance, before it gets here. ” she says handing me a phone.
How do I get myself out of this situation?!
