LOST PASSION : CHAPTER 41-50
CHAPTER 45
Minutes later after the fight…
Jemma was seating in front of the kids.
Randy placed an ice bag on his face with his tied hands.
“Can someone explain to me, exactly what happened here?” Jemma asked seriously.
“Mum I’m a bit tired. I will retire for the day. Any questions you have, you can ask Josie.
Good night everyone” Eli said tiredly then went to his room without waiting for Jemma’s reply.
“What’s wrong with him?” Jemma asked a bit confused.
“Can I go home as well?” Randy cut in and Jemma gave a thunderous look.
“Call your parents over. They should come pick you up, I’ve got to speak with them personally” Jemma said seriously.
“Ma, do you have any idea how busy my parents are. They barely even make it back home every day” Randy lied and Josie scoffed.
“They can’t possibly be busier than my mum” Josie scoffed.
“Call them up now” Jemma ordered and Randy picked up his phone slowly then put a call across to his Dad.
Minutes later Randy’s parents arrived at Jemma’s house.
“We’re so sorry for what our son did, he must have caused her so much fright.
Luckily, her brother showed up and stopped Randy from doing something he might end up regretting” Randy’s mum said remorsefully.
“What are you apologizing for? Randy did nothing wrong” Randy’s dad cut in and Jemma scoffed.
“What did you just say?”
“You heard me right. I think you should talk some sense into your daughter as well.
She shouldn’t go around seducing young boys at school because my son isn’t the only victim”
“The apple really doesn’t fall far from the three” Jemma scoffed.
“What! Are you trying to insult me? Look here, Mrs Jemma you have absolutely no idea who you’re talking to” Randy’s dad said getting pissed.
“I don’t really have the time for this. Just as you know, I’m a very busy woman so I will just let the police take care of this” Jemma said and brought out her phone from her pocket.
“You don’t have to go to such extent, Mrs Jemma. I can’t get involved with any police scandals not when the mayor’s election is coming up. Let’s talk this amicably” Randy’s dad cut in anxiously.
“My daughter’s safety is at stake here, I’m glad you’re trying to fix things amicably.
I don’t plan on taking things too far since your son have always been a good to senior to my daughter but I will appreciate it if you change your son’s school and watch him closely.
I don’t wish to see him anywhere close to my daughter”
“Transferring Randy to another school is a bit extreme. I think we should let the kids talk things out themselves.
Randy is in his final year, transferring might affect his record” Randy’s mum said and Jemma looked at Josie.
“Your son already terrified my daughter, he might do something even more worse to her if we leave them alone to speak” Jemma said seriously.
“It’s okay mum. I will speak with him” Josie concurred as she stood up.
“Josie are you sure, you will be fine”
LOST PASSION : CHAPTER 41-50
~~ ELI’S BEDROOM**
Eli lay in his bed tucked himself under his blanket as he went through his photos with Ruby.
He watched some of their funny videos they shot at the drama club hall.
He laughed loudly at their silly acts and tears escaped his eyes.
“What’s wrong with me?” Eli uttered with a faint smile as he wiped his tears off.
“This is no time for me to be reluctant or stubborn. Whose happiness matters most?”
“Of course it’s mum’s. She waited all her life to be this happy again.
Things are better off this way with me and Ruby. It’s just a fling, it will go away soon. Let’s catch some sleep” Eli said and closed his eyes.
