“So she’s coming back tomorrow right?” Hailey said on the phone as she laid on her bed, ready to go to sleep.
“Yes boss.” The person replied.
“Good. Make sure to start the plan tomorrow, inform me immediately you start” Hailey said and smirked.
“Okay ma’am”
“Good” Hailey said and hung up. She smiled widely and bit her lips..
“I’m so sorry Britt. I have no choice, that dvil has my sister and will kll her if I don’t do it” The person said and let out tears.

NEXT MORNING, CALIFORNIA**
“How do I look?” Nicholas asked, fixing his tie.
“Good” Brittany said, sitting down to eat.
“Wow! Today will surely be a blessed day. Brittany complimented me” Nicholas said.
“Stop exaggerating” Brittany shook her head.
Nicholas chuckled and sat down to eat too.
“So I’ll be having a conference in 20 minutes from now. You won’t be needed so you can pack your things well while I’m away. I already did mine early this morning..
The conference will be just for two hours so once I’m done I’ll let you know. We’ll both meet up at the airport where we’ll fly home. Got it?” Nicholas said.
“Of course” Brittany said while eating.
Nicholas nodded and ate his meal. He stood up once he was done eating.
“I’ll be leaving now” Nicholas said, picking his suitcase.
“Bye”
“Don’t I get a goodbye kss?” Nicholas pouted his lips.
“That comes along with goodbye slap” Brittany smirked.
“No thank you” Nicholas chuckled and winked before leaving.
Brittany continued eating her meal.

HAYES VILLA**
“What a surprise…” Xavier said, when he saw who his visitor was.
“I know right? Been long I came here” Hailey said, settling down in front of him.
“So Nicholas is coming back today right?” Xavier asked and Hailey nodded
“He needs time to rest, let’s start the plan the day after tomorrow” Hailey said and Xavier smiled and nodded.
“Your daughter will have Nicholas and mine will have Brittany” Xavier said and smiled.
“I wonder when are you gonna tell the poor boy that your not his father” Hailey said.
“Well I’m not done using him.. When I’m through, I’ll tell him well if he’s still alive by then” Xavier said.
“What do you mean by that?” Hailey frowned immediately.
“Nothing” Xavier covered up with a cunning smile.
“I’m warning you. Don’t touch Nicholas, he’s for my daughter alone” Hailey said seriously.
Xavier chuckled and just kept quiet.
“I can’t wait for my son to be finally reunited with Brittany and his son” Xavier said.
“Yeah” Hailey muttered and smirked.
“That is if the son survives today” Hailey said inwardly and smirked more.
“Let’s drink” Xavier said.
“Only drink?” Hailey raised a brow.
Xavier leaned closer to her ear
“The fun can come later” He whispered.
“Or…now” Hailey said and claimed his lips immediately.
Xavier lifted her up and walked to his room as they kssed fiercely.

2PM, CALIFORNIA**
The car stopped by the airport and Brittany got down the car. She looked around for any signs of Nicholas and that where she saw him not too far from the private jet.
“You’re here” Nicholas smiled.
The bodyguards began loading their things in the plane.
“How was the conference?” Brittany asked.
“A success. Our company will surely increase in sales this time around” Nicholas said.
“Great”
“Come let’s go” Nicholas stretched his hand to her and she took it, surprising him.
He smiled to her and they both went in the private jet.

GLORIA’S ELEMENTARY SCHOOL**
“Bye Alex!” Daisy waved and left with Dylan.
Alex smiled widely. Just the thought that his mom will be back in few hours was enough to make his day beautiful.
He got out and as expected Justin was waiting for him beside his car with a box of cupcakes.
“Mr Justin” Alex ran to him and hugged him.
“Here. I brought your cupcakes as usual” Justin smiled and handed it to him.
Well the cops secretly monitoring Alex already know Justin as a family friend so no need to be wary of him.
“Thanks sir” Alex smiled, already munching on one.
“Let’s go. Brittany will be arriving in the next hour” Justin said.
“Yay! Can’t wait!!” Alex said happily while entering the car.
Justin smiled and got in too. He ignited the car engine and drove off while Alex silently ate his cupcakes happily.
Justin brought out his phone with one hand and made a call..
“I got the kid boss” Justin said.
“Good.. Head to the sea and drown him there, make it look like an accident” Hailey said, laying nakedly on Xavier’s bed while Xavier was showering.
“Okay…boss” Justin said slowly.
He hung up and kept his phone aside then looked at Alex who was already in a deep slumber due to the sedated cupcakes.
He looked at the front with an emotionless look on his face.
