I woke up with a slight headache. It must be from yesterday’s hangover. I feel so hot, I needed a cold shower.
But taking a cold shower In dragon tower is like bathing with boiled water used in peeling off the skin of a cock!
I wanted to brush my teeth and maybe clean my body. I entered into the room that look like a boiling room rather than a bathroom. There was new brush and towels.
I chuckled
Dad changes them always because he knew I will end up here
I picked the tookbrush and pressed the toothpase on it. I began washing. I needed a cold water to rinse my mouth but all I got is hot water
It’s more of a boiling water
Dad usually let the guard get me cold water for bathing and brushing of teeth but now I think I have bitten more than i can chew.
I picked up a new towel and put half of it into the water. I wrap it around the dry part to reduce the hotness before squeezing it into my mouth.
I did that for a period of time until when I am sure my mouth was clean enough. I pull off my cloth, placed the towel into the water and tried squeezing it with a clean one. I used them in cleaning my body
At least it’s better than nothing!!!
Soon I was done. I tied a clean, dry towel around myself and went back into the room to search for what to wear. All I could see were long princess gowns

I decided to remain in the towel
I sat down on the bed frustrated. I was also hungry. Extremely hungry. I felt it been two years since I last ate.
Who wouldn’t feel that way, when you’re lock up in a place as hot as hell
I should have been a good girl!!
There was sound at the door. The door opened and one of the maid entered with a tray of food.
“Good morning princess” she greeted
What’s good about the morning when I am locked up like a prisoner!!
Hope you had a wonder night rest?” she asked dropping the tray on the table

I groaned
“Where you asked to taunt me? Huh? Where you??!!!” I yelled already pissed off
She went on her knees
“No……no my princess” she said
“I…..i’m so sorry I made you angry” she pleaded
I rolled my eyes
I couldn’t blame her
If I had stay back at the palace yesterday, I wouldn’t have end up here!!
“Get out” I yelled
She trembled but didn’t move
“You now difile my orders!!!” I yelled
“No no. No my princess. The king order I stay with you until you’re done eating” she stuttered
“Why is dad bent on making my innocent life miserable” I thought
“As if you’re innocent” my subconscious mind taunted
“Shut up” I yelled shutting it up
I breathe in and out air to reduce my rate of anger and frustration
“Set the table” I said calmly
She set the table and told me she was done. I stood up and went closer to the table.
My eyes dilated in shock
Hot coffee and hot toasted bread.
They were both steaming hot, like you could see smoke coming out of them
I shifted back a bit
“Di……di…..did my dad tell you to bring this!!” I asked stuttering and yelling at the same time
“Yes my princess”
He wants me to eat this in this place that’s, that’s as hot as hell?
I couldn’t take my bath because of how hot the water is and now he wants me to eat this?!!!
“Take the tray away!!!!” I yelled
“My princess” she called
I walked closer to the table and drag the table cloth pouring away all the content
“You can take the plates away” I said walking back to my bed
She stood, rooted to her spot
I rolled my eyes and threw a pillow at her
“Get out!!! Go to h.ell!!!” I screamed throwing every possible things I come across at her
She ran towards the door to escape from the things I was throwing. I stopped throwing things at her
“Pack those plates and tray and get out!!” I yelled
She walked back slowly and packed them before running out side
I sigh
I lie down on the bed watching nothing in particular
I guess I’m in for it
No proper bath, no food, no sleep

Dad was furious yesterday. We tried pleading with him but he was adamant.
I know Taliyah can be so provoking but locking her up in the dragon tower is like sending her to h.ell fire.
This morning, Melvin visited the palace to check on her. I had to tell him she was locked up in the dragon tower. I promised to take him there if dad allows.
He said he was going to wait and keep pleading with dad to let him see her even if it’s from the window.
I told him to go and come back but he said no. He’s been kneeling for over three hours now waiting for dad.
“Melvin, you should stand up” I pleaded
“No, I will wait for the king. I will keep kneeling until he let me see her” he said
I groaned
“I will go talk to the king” I said
I left him still kneeling under the sun and went in to talk to the king.
“Dad” I cooed
“If you’re here to beg for Liyah don’t bother cause I won’t change my mind” he said
“No dad, I’m not here to ask you to free her. I just want to beg you to let us visit her” I said
“No she won’t receive any visitor” dad replied
“Dad please” I pleaded
“I said no Everlyn”
“Dad, Melvin has been kneeling for over three hours. He has refused to stand up unless you let him visit Liyah. He’s ready to take any punishment” I said
Dad groaned
“I am just wondering how they become friends. Melvin is just the opposite side of Liyah” dad complained
“Dad!!!”
“Ok you can visit her but just for a few hours” he said
I giggled happily
“Thanks dad” I said hugging him
“Can I get her clothes to wear?” I asked
“And maybe food” I added giggling
“No” dad replied
“Dad please” I pleaded giving him puppy eyes
“Ok, just do whatever you want” he replied
I ran out to give Melvin the good news but bumped into someone. I was almost falling when he caught me.
He raised me up and muttered a sorry. I rolled my eyes, adjusting my clothes
“Hi beautiful” he said
I raised my head and it was Lian
“Hey” I cooed jumping on his body
“You didn’t tell me you were coming!!” I half yelled
“Wanted to surprise you” he answered
He pecked me on my forehead, my checks and finally on my lips
“When did you come back?” I asked
“I’m just came back. I wanted to see you first before going home”
“I’ve missed you” I cooed
“I misssed you too” he replied
“Where is Taliyah” he asked
“You won’t believe she got into trouble and ended up been grounded”
“Again?!!!” He asked
“Yes. You should know that already”
“So where is she?? Frost or dragon??” He asked
“Dragon as usual” I replied
He chuckled
Everyone knows already that Liyah always end up in either the Dragon tower or the Frost palace. Despite the hotness and coldness of those places, Liyah will not stop causing trouble
“Is that not Melvin? liyah’s bff?” He asked
Everyone knows Liyah is the only crazy princess that keeps males as friends and bff
“Yes, he’s been kneeling there for over three hours trying to plead with dad to let him see her” i said
“The king didn’t let him?”
“Yes but he finally agrees” I replied
“Then let me say hi to the king so we could go visit her together” he said
I nodded
I let him go and then went to tell Melvin that dad has allowed us visit Taliyah.
Melvin was happy when I told him the king has permit us to visit her. I went into her room to get her something simple and decent to wear. I also get her some chilled drinks and cold milk with a plate of cold mashed potato and chicken soup.
They were all cold because that’s what she needed now. We waited for Lian to come out and headed for the dragon tower
She’s going to be surprise when she sees me and Melvin but she will be extremely surprise when she sees Lian.
She promised him just two days ago not to get into trouble but here she is already in the dragon tower
He finally came out
“You stayed long” I said
“Yes sorting out somethings with the king” he replied
I nodded.
We got to the tower and climbed up
I know she doesn’t expect seeing anybody
It’s definitely going to be a surprise!!

It’s afternoon already and I am already feeling drained and tired. I was also very hungry
I promise if I get out of here I will not make any trouble again!
I kept rolling on the bed. The towel I tied was already dripping from sweat.
I felt extremely hot and might collapse any moment from now.
It’s so unfair
“I’m his daughter, he shouldn’t treat me this way” I thought
I was still complaining and nursing how pained and heartbroken I am that dad could leave me here without food when I had the door crack open
I sat up quickly, tying my towel firmly to my chest. The door opened fully but no one entered
I was kinda afraid
I stayed rooted to my spot. The first head popped in and it was

“Melvin” I screamed running to him forgetting how drain and hungry I was
“Surprise!!!!” someone said and Everlyn popped her head in
I screamed
I was surprised
I wasn’t expecting to see any of them
“You broke you promise” someone said
I turned to see…..
