I stood by the hall way clutching sarah name tag
Classes had started already and Andrew had left for class,well except for me who dont have a name tag
My first day at school and here i am outside while the students are in class
I havent even seen alex,ever since that episode with Sarah in the hall way,could he still be with sarah now,i thought feeling a bit jealous
I sighed deeeply and turned to leave only to see a guy starring at me
“Sarah was wrong,you arent horrid and ugly but very beaytiful”he said
“What?”i said not quite getting what he was talking about
“So your the one who have been getting on my sister nerves”he said
“I dont know what you are talking about “i said wanting to move past him
“Am talking about this”he said showing me my name tag
“Thats mine”i said wanting to take it from him but he doged and i lost my balance but he was quick to hold me,he held me by my waist so i wouldnt fall
He kept on starring at me and then a smile appeared on his lips
“Mind being my personal maid instead”he said
“Find your own personal maid,this one has been taken”i heard alex say behind me
Immediately i was pulled out of his grasp
Alex kept on holding my hand as he starred at the stranger
I could feel the tension between both guys,the stranger didnt have that smile on his face anymore
“Like seriously did you have to meddle”he said
“Anything that has to do with melanie concerns me”alex said holding my hand tightly
“I dont see you talking this way about my sister”he said
“Sarah knows the score between us rex”alex said
So his name is rex and he is sarah brother
“Well i just came to give melanie her name tag and to collect Sarah “he said giving my name tag to me while i gave him sarah own
He flashed a smile at me before walking off
“Such a creep”alex muttered and then he turned to stare at me

“You do realise that we have a whole lot of things to talk about”he said
“And what would that be”i said
“Like you enrolling here,why didnt you tell me,did my father enroll you here “he said
“Yes his majesty wants me to always be with you,afterall am your personal maid”i said pulling off my hand
“Well i wouldnt deny that i like the fact that you will be studying in the same school with me but there are a lot of bullies here ,would you be able to withstand them”he said
“I have to,afterall its my job that matters”i said
“Your not obligated to work whenever we are school,at school we are both students okay “he said lifting my chin up to stare at my face
“But……”
“There is no but melanie,go in,now that your with your name tag,you will be given a name tag “he said pushing me gently into the principal office
“At school we are both students”his word kept on ringing in my head as i signed the necessary documents
I was then escourted by a teacher to a class called diamond
I breathed in deeply before walking in
“Class you all have a new student,melanie”she said urging me to walk closely
I saw Sarah sitted amongst her friends and also rex who had a smirk on his face and then i saw andrew except alex
He wasnt in the same class with me,i thought
Just then he walked in through the door
“What are you doing here alex”the teacher said
“Am changing class”he said starring at me
“But…..”
“The principal gave me the go ahead already ,go and ask if you think am lying”he said and the teacher walked out of the class to confrim
“Why dont we go and seat down”he said to me pulling my hand
We all starred at by the students but none of them dare comment
We got to a seat at the back and sat down
Apart from having to be close to him at home,now i have to share a class and be sit partners with him too
I stared at him to find him starring at me
“I will protect you okay “he whispered to me and then the teacher walked in

I sat with my friends eating in the cafeteria
I wonder where she is,as soon as class was over she left me and went out of class
I wanted to go after her but i stopped,i shouldnt make it obvious to everyone that i am inlove with Melanie ,soon everyone would notice it by themselves
I had been so outrage when i found out that she wouldnt be in the same class as i
I had gone to the principal and made her change my class
I had to stay around,i Dont trust the people in that class,rex,sarah and andrew
“Isnt that the newbie”jack my friend said
I looked up to find her walking into the cafeteria
I wanted to go and meet her but i stopped when i saw andrew going towards her
“Seems like she is already gaining attention “jack said
“He is just her friend”i said as i watched the two of them ordering
“I doubt that,just look at the way he is starring at her”jack said
I saw andrew starring at Melanie and i got so fuelled up
I have to do something,i dont like it one bit that andrew is setting his eyes on my girl

Andrew and i was heading to where an empty sit is when suddenly i fell
I turned to find rex starring at me,he bent down and helped me stand up
“Am so sorry “he said
“You did that intentionally “andrew said beside me
I wasnt able to comment because alex was at my side pushing rex out of the way
“Are you okay”
“Yes i am but i……oh my God”i said as i watched alex taking rex food to pour it on him
“No one mess with melanie”he said starring at rex and the rest
I knew there was going to be trouble,real big trouble
