Valerie was just staring at him.
“Yes.” He said and Evie looked at him.
“Really?? What’s it?” Olivia asked.
“You can’t ask more than a question okay.” Richie said.
Alyssa spun the bottle and it landed on Evie and Valerie.
“T or D?”
“T.”
“Have you ever been in love??” Evie asked and Valerie expression became blank.
She looked at Jeffrey who was looking at her, and she said:
“Yes. But it’s the worst mistake of my life.” She said and they all stared at her.
“Really?? Let us your love story Valerie.” Evie asked and Valerie smirked.
“You can ask for more than a question.” She said.
Evie spun the bottle and this time it landed on she and Jeffrey. She smirked.
“You only have a dare Jeffrey. I dare you to kss me!” She said and they gushed.
Valerie looked at Jeffrey inquisitively.
Jeffrey didn’t expect less anyway. Since she was the one questioning. He slowly sat up and walked to her.
“Awwwn…”
“They wanna oppress me.” Alyssa said.
“Let’s kss while they kss.” Richie said to her and she glared at him.
“Naughty fellow.”
Evie smiled widely, like she had won a lottery as Jeffrey got to her, she closed her eyes, puckering her lips waiting for the kss.
Jeffrey leaned closer to kiss her but stopped, he stared at her closed eyes and looked away. He grabbed a shot and gulped it down, then he left the place.
Evie waited for, till a minute had gone passed…

4…
5…
And she opened her eyes but couldn’t find him again.
Everyone had their eyes on her.
She blinked.
“Okay, what just happened??”

VALERIE’S ROOM
Valerie could be seen standing by the window side, looking outside. She had a cup of coffee in her hand.
She seemed to be in a deep thought.
Her mind flashed back to the scene earlier.

Immediately the game to an end, they didn’t see Evie anymore, even Jeffrey wasn’t with them.
Valerie wanted to go but she couldn’t leave like that, she wanted to inform Evie, so she simply went into the mansion.
Mr and Mrs Zhang aren’t at home, major reason Evie hosted the party in their house.
After taking directions from a maid, she went up to Evie’s room but immediately she got off the staircase, she was greeted by the loud noise coming from the room close by, like there was a heated argument going on.
She walked to the direction of the noise, it was Evie’s room. Luckily, the door was slightly opened so she could see was going on in the room.
“Don’t you dare tell me rubbish!! I own your fking life and I can do to you whatever so pleases me!! Got it!” That was Evie’s voice.
“You’re a nutcase Evie. You’re mentally deranged.” Jeffrey said calmly and Evie’s next action shook Valerie, making her gasp loudly.
Evie sI.apped Jeffrey.
“How dare you call me insane?? You lowlife! How dare you!!” She shouted and Jeffrey gnashed his teeth, trying to suppress his anger. He kept on clenching and unclenching his fist.
“I’ve told you Jeffrey, you have no right whatsoever to do your will.
You do what I want, you’ll keep-” Evie suddenly stopped talking and slowly turned to the door as if sensing a presence there and her eyes widened the moment she saw Valerie at the door, looking at her surprisedly.
“Lerie??”
“E- Evie.” Valerie called.
“When did you arrive?” Evie asked.
“Just now. I came to inform you that I’m leaving. Bye.” Valerie said sharply and quickly walked away before Evie would say another word.
