Evelyn gasped, tears streaming down her face.
“Yes!” Evelyn yelled, and Martin slipped the ring onto her finger.
He stood up, and their lips met in a passionate kss, making everyone scream.

Everyone sat in the dining room, chatting and laughing.
“I’m so happy for you, bestie,” Haris said, hugging her.
“So, my dream of having a nephew is going to come true,” Ava said, and everyone laughed.
“Well, your dream is halfway there,” she replied, and everyone stared at her, confused.
“Wait… are you?” Charlotte raised her eyebrows.
“Yes, I’m pregnant,” Evelyn said with a smile, and everyone gasped.
“Oh my…” Everyone screamed while Martin looked at her speechless.
“Babe, are you serious?”
“Of course,” Evelyn replied, and he immediately hugged her, lifting her up in a bridal style, making her laugh.
“I’m going to be a grandfather soon,” Mr. Jackson said, and everyone laughed.
“I’m so happy for you, man,” his friends hugged him and did the same to Martin.
“My nephew is on the way,” Ava said and started dancing, making everyone laugh.
“You always talk about me, Uncle James, but when my nephew comes, he’s going to punch you in the face,” Ava said, and everyone laughed again.
“This girl is full of surprises…”

“Why didn’t you tell me?” Martin asked, his arm around her waist as they lay on the bed.
They were in Martin’s room. After spending time with family members, Martin took her out on a date.
He gave her a car as a birthday gift, and she couldn’t contain her excitement.
“I wanted to surprise you,” she said, and Martin smiled.
“My joy knows no bounds, Evelyn. Having a child with you is like the best wish I have ever prayed for,” Martin said, and Evelyn smiled, and kissed his lips slowly.
“Me too. I can’t wait for us to get married,” She exclaimed happily, making him laugh.
“It’s going to be the best day of my life,”
“My diary,” She took her diary out from the table and started jotting something down.
“Dear diary, he finally asked the big question. I am getting married soon,” Martin chuckled as he read it.

“Should we get married tomorrow?” Martin suggested.

“Yeah. Since you are pregnant already,”

“I’m going to take a shower,” Evelyn said, and stood up.
“Okay. Let’s take a bath together,” Martin said, and stood up.
“Nope. I already know where this is going to end,” She said, and ran into the bathroom, but before she could close the door, he was already in.
