Meanwhile, two of the securities headed to the head security’s office, they knock before they go in.
“Good afternoon, sir,”
The senior security looked up to the two securities who were assigned to guard the second and third gate.
“What are you guys doing here?” The senior security asked.
The two securities looked at each other, ” Someone told us to come here, sir.” one of them said.
The senior security knitted his brows, ” But I did not call any of you,” He said.
The two securities looked at each other again with their puzzled look.

Alex was about to hop into his motorbike when he heard his phone ringing. He shoved his hand into his pocket and took his phone, he checked the caller’s ID, but his brows knitted.
The call is from an anonymous number. He ignored the call. He was about to put back his phone into his pocket, but it rings again, this time, it was a message notification from the number which called him a while ago.
Alex clicked the message and read it, but his face slowly turned pale as he read the message!
It says, “The third gate.. save the woman you love if you don’t want to lose her”
“Kira!” Alex blurted out.
He did not waste time, he quickly hopped in his motorbike, turned the engine on and drove to the third gate.
There, he saw a white car, the backseat door was opened and he saw a man wearing a teachers’ uniform like him.
Alex stopped his motorbike beside the car and his face instantly darkened when he realized that the man was trying to molest Kira
“No!”
Alex heard Kira shouted.
He hurriedly got down of his motorbike, took big strides to the car and grab the man away from Kira.
Kira was so frightened, she fights back, but the man was too strong.
“No! Don’t come near me!” Kira shouted to the man but the man just grinned as he crawled on top of her.
“No!”
Kira almost lost hope. She thought that the man will succeed in what he plans to do to her but then…
Someone suddenly grabs the man from behind, and the next she heard was the man’s grunts, as if he is in so much pain.
Alex grabbed the man and h it him a few times!
“Boff!”
“Boff!”
“Ugh!” The man grunted every time Alex’s pun¢h his face. Alex did not stop even though the man’s face started bIeeding.
He didn’t plan to stop, he will kll this man for trying to harm Kira!
Alex was about to throw another punch to the man, but then, another car suddenly arrived and three other men got down from it.
Two of the men aimed their gun to Alex, while the other one helped the criminal to get up from the ground.
Alex’s fist stopped mid-air as he felt the cold gun on his head.
The men who are holding the gun waited until the criminal got inside the car before they pulled back their weapons, one of them took the car key that the criminal used before they ride on the other runaway vehicle and scaped as fast as the lightning!
“Aaargghh!”
Alex roared and kicked the criminal’s car as he watched the runaway vehicle..
He would kll that man if something bad happened to Kira.
Alex froze as he remembered Kira. He hurriedly walked to the backseat and checked for her.
“Kira!” He called.
He opened the door and found Kira pushed her self on the other side of the car. She looked pale and frightened.
Alex held Kira but it only made her get alarmed!
“No! Don’t come near me!” Kira shouted.
Her entire body was shaking and cold sweat popped out from her forehead and her face was as pale as a sheet of paper.
“Kira! Kira, it’s me!” Alex said but Kira was still in a state of shock.
“Stay Away from me” She yelled with tears flows from her eyes.
She pushed away Alex, thinking it was the same man who tried to harm her.
“Kira! It’s alright, I’m here” Alex embraces Kira.
“No! Let go of me” Kira struggled.
“Kira, calm down, this is me, Alex!”
When Kira heard the name Alex, she slowly stopped struggling but she wailed.
” Ssshhh…” Alex tried to comfort Kira, ” Everything is alright now, they’re gone.” He said in a calm voice.
“I’m scared…” Kira said.
“You’re safe now… No one is going to hurt you now.” Alex ?ssured.
“Huhuhu…” Kira continued to wail.
“Why are you here, anyway?” Alex asked.
Kira sobs, ” The… The second gate was closed, and the third gate is the nearest exit to me, so, I decided to go through here.” Kira replied in between her sobs.
“Where is the security guard?” Alex asked again.
” I… I don’t know,” Kira replied, her voice is still trembling.
Alex froze for a moment…
‘The second gate is closed, and the guard in the third gate is gone, then somebody told me to come and save Kira.’
‘Is this just a coincidence or this is all planned!’ Alex thought,
Alex tried to figure things out and he chose to believe the second thing, this is all planned. Someone is trying to do this on purpose. They even have a runaway vehicle!’
Alex looked at Kira, she wasn’t hurt and her dress wasn’t torn.
Alex has fallen in deep thought, that person who sent him that message, why did he send that message to me instead of calling the authority?’
He had a bad feeling about this.
With that thought, Alex took his phone and started to dial a number.
“W-What are you doing?” Kira asked.
“Calling the authority, we have to report this,” Alex replied.
Kira thinks for a moment, and then Tim suddenly came into her mind.
She froze, Tim already has lots of things to think of, he has a problem in the company and she doesn’t want to add to his trouble.
With that thought, Kira held Alex’s hand and prevented him to call the authority.
“Alex…”
Alex looked at Kira, “Why?” He asked.
“Don’t do it…” Kira said.
“What?!”Alex blurted out.
“Why not?”
“I… I don’t want Tim to know about this,” Kira said in a faint voice, this time she already calm from crying.
“Why not?” Alex asked in an unbelievable expression.
“Tim has a lot of problem to solve, I don’t want to add to it,” Kira replied.
Alex stared at Kira.
“You care too much for him.” He said.
There is silence between the two of them for a moment.
“Alright, if that’s what you want…” Alex doesn’t oppose Kira, he respect her decision.
“I’ll take you home.” Alex offered.
“No, don’t bother your self.” Kira refuse.
“But you can’t drive in that state, Kira.” Alex insisted.
” Alex, thank you for your offer, but I don’t want Tim to misunderstand us.”
“Tim again?” There is an annoyance in Alex’s voice.
“Alex, Tim is my husband, I love him, and I don’t want to create a misunderstanding between us,” Kira explained.
“But I love you too Kira, and I want to make sure of your safety,” Alex said.
“A-Alex…” Kira looked at Alex.
“Don’t say anything, I know what you’re going to say,” He said.
“I know I couldn’t get you, but just let me protect you,” He added.
Alex got out of the car, ” Let’s go! I want to make sure that you have gone home safely.”
Alex picked up Kira’s things one by one, he looked at the car, took his phone and took a photo of the car’s plate number before he put back his phone to his pocket.
He turned his head to Kira and held her hand.
“Let’s go!” he said, but Kira did not move,
“Alex,” Kira called.
Alex turned his head to Kira, “My hand,” Kira said as she slowly pulled back her hand.
“Oh, sorry, “Alex said as he lowered his head.
