Tim was left alone, standing near the gate. He wanted to hit his head on the wall when he realized what he just said to Kira.
Tim balled his fist!
‘You’re such an id!ot, Tim!’
‘You should have not told her those words!’
‘You should have approached her politely!’ Tim couldn’t help but scold himself.
Now, he only made Kira got furious at him. He let his jealousy engulf him. It is because of jealousy. He is jealous of that Drake Samson!
Just thinking of his child treating another man as a father, it made his bIood boil. He wanted to hit him until Kira could b?r?ly recognize him.

Kira got off the taxi when she arrived at her apartment. It was already dark.
Kira headed to the stairs, but then her footsteps came to a stop when she remembered what Tim said to her at the school.
‘I want the child’s custody,’
Kira couldn’t help but felt threatened.
Tim has everything!
He has money, he has the ?sset, so, he can make a way to take Yana away from her.
What will she do if Tim will take away her daughter away from her? Kira took a deep breath. She just prays that it will not happen.
Kira continued to walk upstairs. She knocks before she opened the door. But she was surprised when she saw someone so familiar.
“Auntie Aileen?!” Kira blurted out as she looked at the woman in the living room, playing with Yana while Drake was cooking in the kitchen.
Aileen turned her head to the door.
“Kira!” She called happily as she stood up from the floor.
Kira took big strides to Aileen and she embraced her.
“I missed you, Auntie!” Kira said as she tightened her embrace to Aileen.
“Hey kid, I can’t breath!” Aileen complained.
“Oh!” Kira instantly let go of Aileen.
“I’m sorry auntie!” Kira apologize.
“Why did you come anyway?” Kira asked as they sat on the sofa.
“I missed this kid so much!” Helena said as she messed Yana’s hair.
“We miss you too,” Kira was the one to reply.
“How long are you planning to stay here in the Capital City?” Kira asked again.
“I don’t know, maybe, until I meet my son,” Aileen said.
Kira froze…
“S-Son?” She repeated.
“You have a son?” Kira asked in disbelief!
Aileen never talks about her child during the four years that Kira lived in her apartment building.
“Yes,” Aileen said.
“But, I haven’t seen him for almost twenty years now,” She added.
“Oh,” Kira blurted out!
“Do you need my help to find him as soon as possible?” Kira asked.
“No,” Aileen refused.
“I can find him easily, But I am not sure if he is willing to talk to me after almost twenty years since I left them,” Aileen said with loneliness in her eyes.
Kira felt sorry for Aileen. She doesn’t know what’s the reason why Aileen left her child, but she can feel that Aileen regretted it.

Coby fetched Lea in her store at night. The two of them were walking hand and hand.
“Mr. Tan has already seen the Missus,” Coby suddenly said.
Lea turned her head to Coby, “What?!” She blurted out.
“Hey!”
“Did you tell him that Kira is back?!” Lea asked as she throws Coby a suspicious look.
“Of course not!” Coby instantly replied.
“How did you know that he already saw Kira?” Lea continued to question Coby.
“He asks me to gather information if the Missus gave birth to a child three years ago,” Coby explained.
“G-Gave birth?” Lea blurted out in disbelief!
“You mean, Kira gave birth to a child three years ago?!”
“Ennn…” Coby nodded his head.
“Ooooh” Lea covered her mouth as she gasps!
“Why she did not tell me about it when we talked the other day?” Lea mumbled.
“Hey!” Lea looked at Coby again.
“The baby was Mr. Tan’s, right?” Lea asked.
“Ennn…” Coby nodded again.
“So, are they getting back together?”
“I don’t know,” Coby replied.
“What do you mean you don’t know?”
“I think the Missus has already found another man to replace my boss,” Coby said.
“W-What?!” Lea was stunned again.
“Hey, my best friend wouldn’t do that!” Lea defended Kira.
“But my boss saw them, they even live in the same apartment,” Coby insisted.
“Tsss!” Lea scoffed.
“I know my best friend. She will not betray Mr. Tan!” Lea continued to defend Kira.
“I know that she still loves Mr. Tan even after four years. I can see it in her eyes!” Lea added.
“How do you say so? She did not even come back to him,” Coby argued.
“Hey!” Lea got annoyed!
“Who said that she did not come back?!”
Coby turned his head to Lea with his puzzled look, ” What do you mean?” He asked.
“Kira returned six months after she left Mr. Tan, but she saw Mr. Tan with that psychologist Dana which made her misunderstood them. She thought that Mr. Tan has already found a new one to replace her. She doesn’t want to ruin their “relationship, so, she decided to leave again, and not to come back,”
Coby was stunned as he listens to his fiancee.
“My best friend is a faithful kind of person. She won’t replace Mr. Tan so easily!” Lea mumbled.
“R-Really?!” Coby couldn’t believe it!
“All of these happened because of misunderstandings.”
“Yes!” Lea said confidently.
“And I will prove to you that Kira still loves Mr. Tan!” Lea added before she walks away.
Coby was left alone in the street.
He knitted his brows as his gaze followed Lea’s silhouette.
‘Wait, is she mad at me?’ Coby asked his self.
‘Why?’ Coby tried to think of a possible reason why Lea’s mood suddenly changed.
‘Oh! Is she mad because of what I said about the Missus?’
‘But I was just telling what Mr. Tan told me!’
Coby shook his head.
‘Uh, girls are always girls!’
‘They are hard to understand!’
Coby followed Lea and tried to catch up with her.

The next morning, Kira woke up early to cook for breakfast. She picked up her phone and she got out of her bedroom, but when she reached the kitchen, she found Aileen already done the cook.
“Auntie,” Kira hurriedly approached Aileen.
She put down her phone on the table, “You should have let me do this,” Kira said as she tried to take the utensils from Aileen’s hands.
“Oh, don’t mind me, I used to do this when you were still at M Province,” Aileen refused.
“Oh, I feel ashamed to you auntie, you keep on doing things for me, but you never accepted any payment,” Kira said.
“Nah, this kid, I already told you not to mind me, I wasn’t able to do these things to my child, at least you gave me a chance for do this for you,” Aileen said.
Kira took a deep breath, “Thank you, auntie, ” She said.
“Are you going to see your son today?” Kira asked Aileen as she sat on the chair in front of the dining table.
“No,” Aileen replied.
Kira froze, ” Why not?”
“No one’s going to look after Yana, Drake would be busy today, I will just see him on the weekend,” Aileen explained, but the truth is, she is not yet ready to face her son.
“Oh,” Kira blurted out.
“Eat up, Drake will be here soon to fetch you,” Aileen said as she put down the foods on the table.
Kira nodded her head. She picked her foods and put them on her plate. She was about to start eating when her phone suddenly rings!
She checked the caller’s ID and it was Lea. She swiped her phone and answered the call.
“Lea?” Kira called.
“Yes, it’s me,” Lea replied from the other line.
“Why did you call?” Kira asked.
“I called to invite you to dinner tonight,” Lea said.
“Dinner?” Kira repeated.
“Yeah. Let’s consider it as your welcome party.” Lea replied.
“Oh, Where?” Kira asked again.
“I will send you the restaurant’s address, see you tonight, alright?!” Lea said and then she ended the call.
Kira sighs!
Aileen looked at Kira when she heard her sighs.
“Why?” Aileen asked.
“A friend invited me to dinner tonight,” Kira replied.
“Why you looked so stressed, then?” Aileen asked again.
“I’ll be home late, Yana might look for me,”
“You can go to dinner, don’t worry too much about Yana, your friends might miss you so much,” Aileen added.

Late in the afternoon, kira got out of work. She has already changed her teacher’s uniform into a dress. She did a little retouch of her light make up before she got out of the campus.
Lea has already sent her the restaurant’s address.
Kira hailed for a taxi to go to the said restaurant.
Lea was already waiting for Kira inside the VIP room, with Ella.
“Hey,” Lea get up from her seat when Kira entered the room.
“Hey,” Kira embraced her friend.
Kira shifted her gaze to the familiar woman sitting in one of the chairs in front of the table.
“Ella?!” Kira blurted out as she recognized the woman.
Ella got up from her seat to greet Kira, “Good evening, Missus,” She said as she bows her head.
“Oh, don’t be too formal to me, just call me sister Kira,” Kira said.
“Oh, alright S-Sister Kira,”
“Let’s take a seat!” Lea suggested.
The three of them sat on the chair in front of the table.
“We already ordered the foods, let’s just wait until they serve it,” Lea said.
Kira thought that only the three of them will be having dinner together, but then, she suddenly heard a knock on the door.
Kira, Lea, and Ella turned their heads to the door.
Kira’s heart skipped a beat as soon as she saw Tim on the door.
“Good evening, Mr. Tan!” Lea got up from her seat.
“Come and have a seat!” Lea invited Tim and Coby to get inside.
Tim and Coby entered the room. Coby sat beside Lea.
Ella transferred to another seat and she let Tim sat beside Kira.
“Hi!” Tim greeted Kira, with a faint smile on his face.
Kira just stared at Tim blankly.
‘What’s with this man?’
‘Isn’t he so mad at me the other day?’
‘Why is he acting nice tonight?’
‘What is he up to?’
Kira couldn’t help but feel suspicious!
Just then, the foods that Lea ordered arrived.
There are lots of menus that Lea ordered including buttered shrimps.
“Thank you!” Lea said to the waiter who brought their orders.
The waiter bowed his head before he got out of the VIP room.
“Let’s eat!” Lea said as she rubbed her palms.
“Thank you for the food!” Everybody said before they pick up their chopsticks to take the foods that they like.
Kira pick up her chopsticks, she was about to take her food, but she froze when Tim suddenly put food on her plate.
“Eat up,” Tim said without looking at Kira.
Coby, Lea, and Ella who are secretly observing Tim and Kira pursed their lips to suppress the smiles on their faces.
“Oh, T-Thank you,” Kira said.
She doesn’t know whether to feel happy or to feel suspicious of Tim’s behavior tonight.
Lea throws Ella a meaningful look as if ordering her to do something.
Ella nodded her head lightly.
She then picks up the shrimp and offered it to Tim.
“I heard that they cooked delicious shrimp here,” Ella spoke,
“Would you like to eat shrimp, Mr. Tan?” Ella asked as she gave the plate of shrimp to Tim.
Tim opens his mouth and was about to refuse Ella, but Kira suddenly spoke. “No!”
Tim, Coby, Ella, and Lea turned their gaze to Kira. Kira froze when she realized her reaction.
“Uh,” Kira gulped!
She tried to find a word to say!
“I mean…” Kira can feel the gazes of the people in front of her.
“I mean… He can’t eat the shrimps, because, he is allergic to it,” she said.
“Oh!” Ella blurted out.
Lea secretly nudges Coby, as if telling him to say something.
“Oh!” Coby seemed to understand Lea.
” I am glad that the Missus can still remember the foods that Mr. Tan is not allowed to eat!” Coby said.
“Huh?!” Kira blurted out!
Tim just silently listen to them.
He then lowered his head to hide the faint smile on his face.
