Episode 9
“My son, where are you going with your bags early this morning?” Mama questioned on seeing Kingsley about to leave the house.
“My purpose of coming here has been fulfilled Mama. It’s time to go now and give myself wholly to prayers.” Kingsley responded.
“Okay but you can do that here, can’t you?”
“Yes, I can. But this place is close to village and hence there’s a weak network here. So I need a place where there’s network, to be able to call and receive calls.” Kingsley said as Mama though for a while.
“Okay then, there’s no problem . But you could’ve waited to at least see your siblings, so they know their brother came around.”
“I went to their room and we talked this morning, before they headed out. I’ve greeted Papa as well.”
“Okay then, there’s no problem. Ijeoma o (safe journey).”
“O Mama. I’ll come back a bigger and better person.”
“I trust you my son.” She said as he hugged him, said goodbye and saw him off.
With the money he was able to save and the one his mother gave him before leaving, he was able to afford a motel for three days.
While his mind ruminated over everything he had discovered for some days now, he decided to search for Frank Mbakwe and was dazed at the results of the internet. His name was all over, with his achievements and accomplishment written alongside his name.
“I can’t believe this; he’s using a stolen glory to shine and is this famous? O Lord! What a life! How I wish I knew all these while.
It probably could be that the enemy decieved me into thinking things would be easy, to ensure my ignorance remained steadfast and my bondage deepend.
My birth alone was complicated not to talk of my life, and I was comparing myself to Chima whose parents were Christains while mine had already handed me over to the devil.
Now, the mistakes of my parents are affecting me seriously.” He said, lamenting his plight as he scrolled past new about Frank.
“No no no no no. This can’t be possible at all. I have to recover my glory, and the mistakes of my parents must be averted.” He said in his heart as he thought of what to do.
“I’ve not eaten for days no and if I go into another session of fasting without putting anything in my tummy, I might just faint.” He said as he went out to get something to it.
As he had wanted to head out, his phone rang and on checking the Caller ID, it was Chima.
? Hello Chima.
? My guy! How far na.
? I dey, you nko.
? I’m fine too. I called to say hi and ask if there’s any goodnews yet.
? *Sighs* There isn’t o, my brother. But very soon, there will be.
? Okay nw. Please no give up ehn. But I think say Emma wan help you one time like this. How that one to?
? My guy e no go well ooo. Naso them talk say them no fin my file again.
? Hmmm…..e go better.
? Yes bros, me sef believe am.

It was midnight already as Kingsley was on his knees, praying aggressively as led by the Holy Spirit because left alone, he didn’t know how to go about the information he had received despite knowing it needed prayers.
“By the power of the Most High, I recover all my lost glory, in the name of Jesus.”
“Every material of mine in the hands of my enemies, that they’re using to oppress me, catch fire and burn to ashes, in the name of Jesus.”
“O Lord arise, disappoint them and cast down the killers of my glory, in the name of Jesus.”
“Every concluded work of the enemy over my life, scatter in the name of Jesus.”
These and many more he prayed for three days as led by the Holy Spirit.

ONE WEEK LATER
“Agha dikwa (there’s war). Who’s this contending with something I concluded a long time ago with a greater power?” Mazi Mbakwe said as he came closer to the bell that rang only when there was serious trouble to alert him.
“What is the meaning of this? I kept someone in ignorance and that has been damaged? What exactly is happening?” He thought to himself as he kept staring at moving images.
While ruminating over what he had discovered and how to go about it, he received a call from his phone bought by his son.
? Who is this?
? Papa, it’s Frank o
? Frank? What is the problem?
? Papa things are turning upside down for me here.
? Upside down? I don’t understand.
? I’d make you understand Papa. I received a call few days back that my mandate has been withheld and I just received the call few minutes ago that the stuffs I imported for sale were seized, which has never happened before. Papa it’s been bad new everywhere o.
? Why would they seize your goods, don’t they know you?
? They’ve just released it Papa, but it’s a sign that something’s wrong somewhere. It has never happened before.
? *Sighs* Yes my son, something’s wrong somewhere.
? I knew it! So what is the problem.
? It’s not something to be discussed over the phone.
? Okay, I’d come see you in three days time.
? Good. That would give me time to sort certain things out.
