They were done eating and everyone left for their various houses.
Ruby gave me cold shoulders. She’s probably not upset about the nonsense Josie said while we were having dessert right? Eli questioned worriedly in his head.
“It’s better we explain things out” Eli said and picked up his phone to send Ruby a text but Ruby blocked his number already.
“Wow, wow, nice one Ruby. You went to the extent of blocking me, wow I’m surprised” Eli screamed frustratedly as he threw his phone on the bed.

JEMMA AND WESTON’S WEDDING DAY…
Eli stood at the door welcoming guests and at the same time looking out for Ruby, since she have been avoiding him ever since that night at their house.
“Bro, are you waiting for anyone?” Josie asked as she walked to Eli.
“Where’s Ruby?” Eli asked curiously.
“She’s with her Dad right now, why?” Josie asked.
“Nevermind”
“Bro, the wedding is about to begin. Let’s go in” Josie reminded wrapping her hands in Eli’s.
“Why should I go with you? I’m not yet done welcoming the guests” Eli complained as Josie dragged him with her.
“Relax bro, we’ve got so many people to do that job” Josie said.
I guess Josie is really my nemesis this time around. Eli said in his head as he gave up.

LOST PASSION : CHAPTER 51-THE END
Weston and Ruby are at the make up.
“Dad, you have to be happy okay” Ruby cried in her dad’s shoulders.
“Today is supposed to be my wedding so why are you crying? And of course I will be happy, I’m marrying the love of my life” Weston said with a smile as he wiped off her tears with his handkerchief.
“Look how you’ve ruined your beautiful makeup” Weston added with a smile.
“Dad were you this happy when you got married to mum?” Ruby sniffed.
“It was an arranged marriage and I couldn’t think less of how I should feel or what happiness is but I was happy for having to fulfill your mum’s wishes” Weston said.
“I’m pretty sure, mum is happy to see you this happy on your wedding day.
She couldn’t witness this herself but I’m sure she’s happy for you Dad”
“Now I feel bad” Weston said on a low tone.
“And again Dad, mum’s death got nothing to do with you. Neither of us knew she would have an asthma attack in our absence that day so I’m hoping you stop feeling guilty for her death” Ruby said with a smile as tears roll down her cheeks and Weston gave her a tight hug.
“Thank you so much Ruby. You have no idea how much of a relief I feel right now, I don’t think I need anymore wedding gift from you this is more than enough. Thank you” Weston said as tears escaped his eyes.
“The groom should head to the entrance with the bride, it’s time for the wedding to proceed” One of the wedding attendant announced.
“It’s time Dad, from this day onwards Mrs Jemma is yours Dad” Ruby said smiling widely.
“You should give yourself some slack as well. For how long do you plan on playing hard to get? What if someone really takes him away from you?
You shouldn’t live your life with so much regret, I did and I don’t wish you to go through same thing” Weston said with a smile and Ruby stared at him in surprise.
“Dad, aren’t you against it? You will be married to his mum in some minutes to go, shouldn’t you be against it?”
“Why should I? What matters is what we feel for each other and you should hurry up, you don’t wish to have some complications when Jemma and I start a family together” Weston teased.
“What! Dad you still want a child?” Ruby asked in shock.
“Of course, shouldn’t I?” Weston pouted and Ruby’s jaw dropped.
“Oh my goodness, what are you still doing here? Let’s go” Gabriel said as he came in and dragged Weston with him.
