They all got home and Christiana after bathing Regina quickly prepared something for them to eat.
While Christiana was busy in the kitchen, Bale made use of the opportunity and dialed a number,
“Hello! A strong voice Came on phone.
“Change of plan, she visits Gulu tomorrow, you can get her there before she reaches, Bale said.
“How is it going to be? The voice asked.
“I’ll drop them off at the park, she’s a little girl just snatch her and drive off, Bale replied.
“Alright, the voice said.
“Make sure you do it well and don’t harm The girl, I may have another plan for her, Bale said and Regina came out from the room and he dropped the call looking at her.
“Uncle how is my dress? Regina asked and he smiled nodding at her.
“Like a princess, he replied.
“Thank you, Regina said and ran to the kitchen to meet Christiana and he scoffed.
“Princess indeed, he said under his breath and left for his room…….

James returned and saw Ochen with a long face,
“Hey, did you hit your head somewhere? James asked and Ochen sighed.
“Are you wishing me that? He asked back.
“Not at all, but why is your face that way? What’s wrong? James asked.
“I went to see Christiana in the school and the words she spilled out to me is so annoying, I hate the fact I am fighting for something who doesn’t want to be saved, he replied and James heaved.
“What will you do now? He asked.
“Are you still asking? I have hands up okay, I’m no longer interested and I wish her good luck with her stay in Bale place, Ochen said and James wanted saying something to him, but seeing Ochen mood he only patted his shoulder.
“Please is there food? I’m damn hungry, James said.
“Actually i was waiting for you to come prepare something so we can eat, I’m not in a good mood and you can see that, Ochen replied and James eyes bulged out.
“Seriously? James asked.
“Yes, why? Don’t forget i was busy too, Ochen said and James shook his head.
“Honestly someone need to get married before hunger finishes us, James said picking his brief case up and Ochen laughed.
“Should i help propose to Jenny? She’ll make a good wife you know, Ochen asked.
“You’re silly, James replied and stopped at a point, then turned and smiled at Ochen.
“What’s that? Have you been slapped by a ghost? Ochen asked.
“You’re the best man, I know you prepared something because I can perceive it, thank you! James shouted and ran to where the kitchen was and Ochen smiled shaking his head.

The whole night Regina was on call with Jendyose while Christiana was busy packing for their trip the next morning.
“Grandma mommy told me you’re very beautiful, Regina said.
“Really? And mommy told me you’re just like an angel, looks like you got it from me, Jendy said and Regina giggled.
“And mommy too, Regina said..
“Yes and mommy too angel, I cant wait to see that lovely face of yours. I’ll make some nice and sweet pancakes for you, Jendy said.
“Really grandma? Mommy did you hear that? Regina asked and Christy only smiled and nodded.
“Yes I’m very good in that, everyone knows me for my tasty cooking and you’ll taste all of it one by one tomorrow when you arrive, Jendy said.
“Please don’t make her fat for me okay, Christy said.
“Yes she will be fat with her grandma cooking, are you jealous? Jendy asked and Christy laughed.
Bale who was sitting fiddling his phone was pissed off already with the noise that he wished he can just silence them at once.
“Okay mommy its late already, safe your airtime because Regina need to sleep for tomorrow trip, Christy said.
“Oh please give me 5 minutes more nau, Jendy said.
“Grandma good night okay, tomorrow I’ll tell mommy to call you before uncle drops us at the park, Regina said.
“Uncle? What uncle is that? Jendy asked and Christy quickly got the phone from her.
“Ermm she’s talking about my neighbour, okay mommy good night, I gat some packing to take care of, Chrustysaid.
“Okay and don’t forget to call me before you leave and may God bring you both down home safely, Jendy said.
“Amen, good night mom, Christy said and dropped the call.
“But mommy, is uncle our neighbour? Regina asked and Bale rolled his eyes.
“No darling but why did you tell grand mom about uncle? Christy asked.
“So she doesn’t know huh? Bale asked and Christy looked at him.
“Are you referring to my mom? She asked.
“Who else are we talking about? He replied.
“I didn’t tell her, she calmly replied and Bale got up.
“Oh really, so who did you tell her you’re staying with? Probably In your own house right? He asked and Christiana hearing the tone of his voice got scared.
“Emmm Baby can you go to your room? She said to Regina and Regina slowly left. Christiana heaved and slowly stood up facing him,
“it wasn’t that easy to tell my mom I am staying under a man, she will definitely tell me to return back to Gulu which I didn’t want to, she said.
“So what if you tell her about us? What is going to happen after all you’re not a kid anymore, you’re a single mother and you can make a stand for yourself, he said.
“Can you stop it now? What I’m I going to tell her anyway? Or Have you forgotten who you are to me? Christy asked.
“Who am i to you? Bale asked.
“A friend! Christy dropped immediately and he smiled licking his lips and slapped Christiana unexpectedly.
“Bale! Christy shouted shocked with her hand on her cheek.
“That’s how i treat my friends, consider that as my friendly offer, Bale said and walked away and Christiana slowly sat down not believing what just happened.
“No no, I think my stay here in the capital is over as long as I’ve found my daughter, she said taking the bag she was arranging to the room and began packing all her stuffs……….

Pius arrived home and saw Princess cuddled in Achen arms fast asleep, he stood by the door looking at them while Achen said nothing to him either. He walked up to her and got Princess from her and left for his room.
Achen didn’t know what to feel anymore, Pius was very different to her and a tear dropped from her eyes.
This was not what she wanted, but it was so clear she has lost her home and she prayed her daughter shouldn’t get involved as Pius wasn’t there for her anymore.
Her phone began to ring and it was her brother wife calling. She cleaned her tears and picked up,
“Hi good….. “safe it Achen, tell me something, what have I ever done to you? Why drag my husband in your mess? Do you have any conscience at all? What did you make my husband do! She shouted on her and Achen was speechless.
“Please take it easy, I’ll surely do something about this, Achen said.
“You better do, 4 kids Achen, I have 4 kids your brother needs to fend for and you know i am jobless. Make sure he doesn’t lose his job and go to jail, just make sure of that else you’ll be facing me and forget the fact that i am your in law! She shouted and dropped the call on her.
Achen stood up pacing around as she saw the high probability of her brother going to jail, with the witnesses ready to testify against him.
“This is all my fault, God what should i do now! She said shaking as she was so scared of Pius now, and talking to him about Akello will be a bad idea…………
